Our family had an incredible time at Christie’s “mountain house” (as our kids called it). The short walk to the river was priceless and we enjoyed the fire pit every night. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

Stephen’s place was great. Spacious and very comfortable for our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and a dog. All was very clean and well-appointed. Beds were super comfortable. Really nice place.

Spacious, light-filled house on quiet, private lot. Beautiful, stylishly updated older home. Spotless, well-stocked, comfortable furniture, good climate control. Easy to find and park in the driveway. If the weather had been better we would have enjoyed the deck and firepit. Easy 10-minute drive to the charming town of Rhinebeck with shops, galleries, and restaurants. Easy 5-15 minute drive to Vanderbilt Mansion, FDR's Hyde Park home, parks, hiking trails, Walkway Over the Hudson, beautiful views, Poughkeepsie, Marist College and more. Good communication with the hosts. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house in upstate with a hot tub and barbecue that allowed us moments that we won’t forget. Chris was very responsive and maintained the communication throughout our stay. The house was spacious, clean, great amenities and extra care from the host. The location was also good, close to Hudson but private. We loved it and hope to be back soon!

Perfect place for staying while visiting West Point. We had 6 adults and 1 kid and were comfortable. Large kitchen and dining with plenty of outdoor space and outdoor seating. Remodeled bathrooms are nice (new towels in both). Each room had its own A/C with thermostat control. Beds are comfortable and have tempurpedic type mattresses. One room on first floor was great for older guests. We used the side door to exit the house (for the older folks to get down the stairs easier). Some restaurants are walking distance. Plenty of parking on the street around the property. Would recommend and stay here again in the future. Bin was a great host- very responsive.

Great host and place all around! Kim was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. The amenities were great and location was close by Plattekill. She recommended ahead of time to bring an AWD vehicle as her driveway is on an incline. I’d recommend this stay.

This house is perfect for a nice, small, and quiet getaway. The house is spotless, with cleaning supplies available to use throughout your stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, cookware, supplies, and spices. They had everything you need to make full meals and more! The beds were very clean and comfortable with a great amount of sheets and blankets. The downstairs had a wonderful playroom and TV that is great for group getaway or children. This was overall a great stay and definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing place for vacation!

Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. We would highly recommend to anyone looking in that area to reach out to Kenroy. We also brought our dog so it was great that the house was dog friendly! Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. We can’t wait to go back!

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

had a great time here while a group of us did the Breakneck Trail Race! quiet and clean and an very short walk to town for restaurants and coffee.

The unit had 2 bedrooms and was clean and uncluttered and worked well for our family of 3 adults and 2 young dogs. Though we didn’t use it there was a nice fenced in patio out back. The kitchen was nicely appointed. All in all the unit met our needs and expectations for a last minute short stay. Our host, John, was responsive with any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

Enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable as was the couch. Appreciated having an assortment of spices on hand.

Had a great weekend at Michael’s place! The property is so peaceful and felt very private. We had so much fun exploring the property and the local area. Had all the amenities we needed and thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

Glenn's rustic cabin was ideal for what we love to do... tour a given region searching out historic bridges and churches, soak up the vibe of a river, buy something, anything, from a mom & pop general store in the middle of nowhere, just disconnect and enjoy ourselves undisturbed. The fireplace was highlight. Nothing beats that on a chilly morning over a hot cup of coffee. If you're looking for a sterile, white linen experience, look elsewhere. If you want to stay in a real cabin and do real cabin things, then book a stay with our friend Glenn.

This cabin is a great place to stay. Quiet, very clean and felt like home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway away!!!

Me and my husband went for a weekend getaway, and it was just what we needed. The place was amazing, very very peaceful, and there were instructions in the house on how to use everything. The only thing I missed was an air conditioner because I get very hot at night, but that’s just me. Besides that everything was 100%. Definitely going back again :)

Amazing location to disconnect and recharge.

This is a beautiful place, newly built on a private lot surrounded by trees. No cell service, but blazing fast WiFi and a landline if really needed. Can definitely recommend! Ben (host) was super responsive and has great instructions including YouTube how-to videos on how to use the amenities (whirlpool, fireplace, …). Great place to disconnect and recharge!

What a magnificent spot! If nothing else, the creek next to the house was worth the price of admission. But the whole experience was fantastic. We filled the place up, and had a dozen more family members come for Thanksgiving dinner. It was cozy and the extra kitchen in the cabin was a godsend. We loved being there, and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you!

We imagined the house to be bigger than it actually was. Both of us needed to do some work, and we couldn't find any arrangement that would let us set up our workspaces more than a few feet away from each other, in the living room. But it wasn't the end of the world, and I am sure this is irrelevant for most people. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. Everything is clean and works. The view is nice. We went for a hike every day. A friendly dog probably belonging to some neighbor came a few times to hang out on the deck.
