Marblehead : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

The location was perfect. We selected the cottage because of the proximity to Hampton State Park Beach which was, as is described in the posting, only a few steps away. The cottage is also quite close to the boardwalk. It would be great for a group that wanted the best of both - quiet neighborhood and accessible to eating and entertainment. The cottage was clean and cozy, just right for our party of four, and had available many little items travers might need or left behind at home. Sharon was helpful and very responsive.

We had an amazing time, perfect unit, location was just WOW and Karen was so kind and helpful. Will be back for sure!!

The home was cozy and well furnished. There was ample seating for our group to gather and relax in the charming living room. The home has been remodeled and redecorated reflecting a very strong sense of design. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and new appliances. The beds were super comfortable and the linens/pillows all very luxurious. Peter responds to messages very promptly and is extremely accommodating. We all loved Peter's home and hope we have the opportunity to return at some point in the future. It was a great place to celebrate 70 years of friendship!

UNBRIDLED JOY. Dara and Paige's house is welcoming right away, with a comfortable open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with fun, bright decor. The house radiates joy and fun and comfort. My friend and I took a last-minute getaway here, and it was exactly what we needed. The colors are both cheerful and calm, and the place is furnished for relaxing cozily. We had a blast shopping the items in the house, which is a wonderful unique twist. Everything was exactly as described and better. Communication was SUPERB. You couldn't ask for two kinder or more caring hosts. We especially appreciated the attention to accessibility since I have some mobility issues. We can't wait to go back again. Everything about this house raises our spirits and makes us laugh out loud with delight. We loved every moment and are already looking forward to our next stay. THANK YOU!!!!!

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. Simplemente de lujo!

Beautiful home and lovely host. We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and the back deck was so nice to have. The home was very clean and lots of spaces to spread out. Regina, the host, was always responsive to any questions. We hope to stay here again.

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Our stay at the Gloucester Beach House was great. It is a nice walk down to Good Harbor Beach, The Common Place Market and the neighborhood is peaceful. Its about a 10-minute drive to anywhere you want to go in Gloucester. Diane was responsive with any communication we had with her, and stayed in contact with us throughout the trip. We were grateful to be able to check in early after traveling all night to rest before beginning our trip adventures. For anyone interested, the Rhumb Line currently offers live music every night and its a variety of music. We went there several times and the musician's were top notch, and this is a place where the locals gather. We ended up visiting with friends and family and looking forward to another trip out to explore more of North Shore! Thank you so much for the wonderful home and stay.

Absolutely beautiful place!! It has one of the best equipped kitchens, including nice plates, mugs and even wine glasses. It was perfect for my colleague and I’ve for the business trip. Two beautiful bedrooms either individual bathrooms, and the living room was great for having a few casual meetings. The unit next to us has small kids, so it can get pretty noisy early in the morning. For us it didn’t matter since we have to head out early anyway, but if you want to sleep in, it can be a challenge. Highly recommend! Will book again in the future.

Rhona’s place was in a great location with places nearby and not too far from all of the places we wanted to go. Her home was as described in the pictures and description. For two people it was fairly comfortable, but we weren’t able to get very comfortable in the living room as furniture was too small for us to hang out. There was also no outlet in one of the bedroom, but we were able to find an extension cord that reached the other bedroom. Besides that, the place was great for us to come and go. The owner made our reservation special by providing a gift for my friend’a birthday and breakfast which was very thoughtful!

We enjoyed our stay so much. What a comfortable home for our family vacation in the area. Karen was welcoming and we were so appreciative of the fresh baked goods. Everything was set for our stay with enough linens for everyone. We ran into Karen a couple of times during our stay and always was delightful and open to help with any suggestions. We found the town quaint and what we needed from a bookstore to places to eat. Nice quick walk to the water for sunsets. Easy drive into Boston as well as up to Rockport and Gloucester. We even found it smooth to attend the 250 of Lexington and Concord. We loved our days starting with coffee and quiet comfort and relaxing in the evening around the table with our family for some games. Highly recommend this home! Thankful for our hosts!

This was such a cute and homey place to stay! Our kids loved sleeping upstairs in the loft and loved having their own TV. The kitchen had nearly everything you could need or want and we LOVED having the Starbucks k cups with keurig machine for our morning coffee! They even put out fresh lilacs (my favorite flower!) in the bay window for us to enjoy. It was perfect for our family of four!

It was even better than we expected. Location was convenient, house was beautiful and exceptionally clean. I'm OCD so this was big for us. She had an informative booklet on the counter when we arrived. She was great with communication. We wouldn't hesitate to go back someday.

Great cozy apartment style airbnb with an ocean view. This was very relaxing and convenient to walkable restaurants. We appreciate Ryan accommodating some of our requests too. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

We stayed here while we were attending a conference at the convention center and it was a great location! The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy walk to the conference and also to good local restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Dan’s apartment blew us away! Beautiful neighborhood and historic building with the wonderful smells of fresh flowers as we walked in. My 20 something daughter was ready to move in permanently ! We go to Boston often and plan to come back if it’s available. This place is popular with reason!

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was very comfortable in this warmth, clean, beautiful home with a comfy bed with all the amenities given. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was in a great location. The neighborhood is nice, with lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Communication with Karina was excellent; she was always responsive and very kind. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

I stayed at Sue’s place with my two small children for 3 weeks. While I did bring my own crib because a pack n play isn’t an option for our toddler, the condo was very well supplied. In fact, I purchased and had an Instacart delivery upon arrival because I did not anticipate clothes detergent, shower toiletries, paper towels, etc. There is so much natural light, great parking, a nice porch, so close to the Charles River walk and Moody Street. We frequented Common Grounds cafe- highly recommend! The garbage disposal and sink backed up the day after we arrived and Sue had it fixed within 24 hours. Coming from a pretty rural area, I found the street noise and lights a bit problematic for sleep.

Bright and cheerful modern unit with a beautifully appointed kitchen. Convenient parking right behind the house. FYI-Bus 120 picks up around the corner to go to the T station or it's a 15 minute walk to the Wood Island T blue line subway.
