Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. A very central location to enjoy all the spoils of the northern beaches. Manly Beach 10 minutes away. Relax by the 9m x 5m inground pool or on the deck barbecuing. Quiet cul de sac which leads down to Manly Dam's little known Mermaid pool. Manly Dam is only 2 streets away where you can swim in fresh water. End of street city buses restaurants, supermarket 2 minutes. Being close to the bush there's an abundance of wildlife in the garden with Cockatoos, Kookaburra's and Rosellas flying around.

Welcome to our beautiful studio in the stunning Northern Beaches of Sydney. This recently re-decorated studio features a cosy bedroom with a double bed. There's a lounge room with Wi-Fi and a UHD TV with streaming services as well as a kitchenette with all essentials. There is also an undercover outdoor dining area. Convenient undercover parking at the front door. Enjoy full access to our serene garden. We are close to public transport and a shopping centre. Book now for a memorable stay!

Central three bedroom garden retreat

Light, spacious and tranquil, our house is less than ten minutes to Sydney CBD, and a few minutes walk to the Annandale café and restaurant hub. and Wayward brewery! We are central, but on a very quiet street. We also have two kids under 9; the toys are tidied away, but your kids are welcome to play with them if they want. The bunk bed is a King Single so reasonably roomy. Travel Cot also available if needed. Pool available October till March; packed away for Winter but swapped for Spa.

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage close to transport, Parramatta CBD, restaurants, sporting venues, pubs and clubs via the new light rail. Only 6km from Homebush Olympic Precinct. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request. A fully provisioned laundry and kitchen with coffee maker and all glassware, plates, bowls, pots and pans. Towels and linen provided.
