Second time to booked this place. perfect talaga siya always relaxing ang stay.. Very helpful din si ate Nancy na nag aassist samin. Parang eto na ang magiging pahingahan namin every Marinduque trip hehehehe. Sanay narin kami alam na namin saan ang mga designated rooms namin haha Sa uulitin po maraming salamat!!

We are a family of 14 and tita Irene allowed us to stay and check in really early in the morning. We needed househelp and and her caretakers namely Vidal and Mina whom tita Irene recommended were the best ever. They are always ready to provide for all our needs from keeping the place clean and cooking our every meal. Special mention must be accorded to Vidal for being such an excellent cook! Our family really enjoyed the 5 days vacation which is too short. The location is so great because you get to wake up with the sound of the waves and cool breeze of the sea. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing! I now have my go to place if and when I plan to visit my home island of Marinduque. I highly recommend this place.

Me and my wifes recent three-night stay at Mary's charming farm in Mulanay with hosts Mary and Jay was magical. The cozy farm atmosphere and our tiny house nestled among nature, complete with a variety of farm animals including the adorable horse Princess, was a dream. Mary and Jay's exceptional hospitality shone throughout our stay. Highlights included relaxing in a treehouse drinking fresh coconut and mingling with the friendly neigbours. The food, especially the grilled dishes on open fire was mouth-watering. An unforgettable experience was buying fresh fish direct from fishermen with Jay in the morning, immersing us in the local lifestyle. This stay was an unforgettable blend of calmness, community, and natural beauty. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks to Mary and Jay's outstanding hospitality and the serene charm of their farm, we left with cherished memories.

Awesome place. Better than I expected. Check in was fast and we were greeted by Ate Beng. She had a lot of local tips and knew a lot of people to take us around. Poctoy White Beach is just a tricycle ride away, and Buyabod Port to go island hopping is about an hour. The rooms and bathroom were clean and we were able to cook too. The space was awesome and so is the location. Def staying here next time we go back to Marinduque

Thank you so much, Cholo and Tor, for your incredible warmth and hospitality. We truly appreciate all the thought and care you put into making our stay perfect. Almost every day, there was something new added to make us feel even more at home — a second hammock, extra kitchen essentials, etc. — small, thoughtful touches that made a big difference. The pergola where we cooked and shared our meals was such a delightful surprise, quickly becoming one of our favorite spots. The beautiful gardens, breathtaking sunsets, morning snorkeling, and the cheerful, kind staff, and Cholo and Tor's lovable dogs all added to the magic of the place. There’s something about this place that makes you feel so peaceful and relaxed, you just want to stay there all day, doing nothing but soaking it all in. It’s a rare kind of calm that’s hard to leave behind. We don’t usually return to the same place for holidays, but we’re happily making an exception for this one!

Definitely a go-to as the unit is just walking distance to where our relatives are. Served its purpose of where we can stay given the limited space with our relatives. We have not maximized utilizing the beach access since we are with a toddler but happy to try next time. Looking forward for alternative power source such as a power set enough to start up at least an electric fan since outage is very evident in the province and it takes hours or even half the day before it comes back. Joan’s place is definitely worth the recommendation. Thanks a bunch!
