We LOVED our stay! It is the perfect location- 10min away from town and about 20min away from purgatory. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable for a family to enjoy!

The Garden Home with a Private Hot Tub

When we were supposed to arrive, there was a mishap with her cleaners not showing up, she got right on it, was very apologetic even though it was out of her control. She was very helpful, caring and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect for our stay. As far as a host goes I couldn't sing her praises much more. This was our first time using Air BNB and it was only a positive experience, she communicated well and made sure everything was right. Simply amazing

Great space. Very clear instructions and rules, which were all very reasonable. It shows that the host cares about their space. The bed was comfortable. We didn't have the chance to use the hot tub, but it was very accessible. The shower had adequate water pressure, and great hot water.

We came into town for a family wedding, and this place was just what we needed. It was cozy, clean, and super comfortable for us and our two little ones. We felt right at home. Aliya went above and beyond with a thoughtful list of family-friendly restaurants, local spots, and helpful tips that made our stay even smoother. It was the perfect home base for our family trip.

Main Street Retreat - Downtown Durango

This was a great spot just a block from Main Street! As a family of 6 we had two on the sleeper sofa which was (as expected for sleeper sofas) not as comfy but the listed beds were great! The kitchen is a great size and it was very clean. The sound machines in all the rooms was a great touch.

Leslie is an excellent hostess and her place is exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Durango with three adults, two young kids, and two dogs. Her instructions were clear. She was responsive and friendly. The visit was very easy. The house was perfect for young kids and had strong internet service. It had a great view of sunsets and gave easy access to many activities in and around Durango.

Our third time here. The house is beautiful and the setting is gorgeous. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Unlike many rural properties it has good internet, too. The host is always responsive and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Great location for going up to ski at Purgatory and quick trips into town to enjoy all that Durango offers. The bus stop across the highway provides a nice option vs driving into town. And the hot tub was wonderful for recuperating after enthusiastic days of skiing, snow boarding and hiking.

We had a very nice stay at Brandon’s property. He had provided complimentary snacks for us. Our stay was over the holidays, and it was a nice touch that there were Christmas decorations. I can highly recommend Brandon’s place!

We loved this place and will definitely come back. Our kids had lots of fun with all the amenities on this beautiful property. The host was extremely responsive and let us check in early and out late, which we really needed. Kitchen was very well stocked and beds were very comfortable.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Such an amazing place and amazing view! Dana was the best host anyone could ask for. Such an amazing soul. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing the stay was and how amazing she was as a host. Highly recommend. I just cant explain how it perfect this was and how amazing Dana is.

A very clean place that makes you feel right at home! Truly loved all the extra things at the house like the games and grill! The whole house is fully stocked with everything you might need during the stay and is a great place to travel to Durango.

I loved how friendly Shelly was and how she answered any question I had before my arrival to make sure I had the best experience. She was quick to respond. The house was beautiful and clean, I loved the area and all her decor. It felt like home away from home. I highly recommend staying here and I will stay again if I am in the area again. Thank you Shelly for a memorable time me and my family loved it.

This is the second time we have stayed at Marianne's and we love it. Fenced dog area right off living room so that makes it easy for us during our stay. After busy days it is a a cozy place to come back and crash. Great recliners for morning tea and catch up!!!
