We loved our stay! Never had an issue with finding parking and we had two cars for most of the stay. We did hear a lot of sirens at night, which made the first night hard for our kids to fall asleep (it was a Saturday night and was probably mostly jet lag), but it never bothered us the rest of the time!

Great place for a medium to large group of friends to stay. Walkable to UPenn and many convenience stores. Place is very spacious and is bigger in person than in the photos. The only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper in the house. Overall, a great place to stay if you are visiting Philly.

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

Was a beautiful places to stay at for two weeks, had cottage vibe. Stairs were small but it was worthy it because it had such a homey vibe. And felt nice to come back to.

Valerie is a wonderful, experienced host and when we arrived, she greeted us personally and showed us around the studio. I will definitely book with Valerie the next time we visit Philly.

Good location- within walking distance to many amenities, shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay. plenty of room, very well stocked.

I really enjoyed staying at Tuan's place, it was easy to find and super clean. We arrived on an early flight and Taun allowed us to check in a few hours early at noon extra charge. I definitely be staying here again when next in Philadelphia.

The place was came as advertised. We were in town for 3 Phillies games and the location was perfect, a 10 minute Uber ride to the ballpark. The unit had everything we needed and was clean and updated. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The house is small, but it was perfect for us for a 3-night stay (and a much better value than any hotels in the area). We were able to easily walk to everything we wanted to do. Subway and train stations are both quite close as well. My parents took the train in, and we drove in with our kids. Parking was easy: there was a lot a few blocks away that was reasonably priced. We love Philadelphia, and this is a fantastic neighborhood! It was very quiet with the exception of an occasional motorcyclist. My 76 year old parents stayed with us, and they did fine on the steep, narrow, winding stairs (but I will admit that I was nervous when they went up and down). Anyone with mobility issues should consider a different house. The hosts were great--very responsive. We were all sad to leave when the trip was over!

This is a wonderful spot if you need space and beds for a larger group. Easy 25 minute walk to Temple for graduation. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.

Larry & Marla's place was incredible. It is a quaint row home that is actually their home so there is a level of comfort this place has that can't be described. What I enjoyed most about this Airbnb is that it is in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood. Because it's away from "the city", there aren't strange characters roaming the streets at night. I went on a few walks at night and felt perfectly safe. Additionally, it's nice to have a dedicated parking spot 50 feet away, just around the corner. Sure, this home may have some small flaws. Keep in mind this is an old home. The stairs are going to creak; you may have to pull some of the doors a little harder for it to latch, but that's a minor inconvenience for the area you're in. If you're looking for a nice, quaint home in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood and if you remember there is some "character" to the home because of its age, then this is the place you want to stay!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated townhouse! The space was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described. Perfect location. Great for one or two people. Clean. Private but with windows. Really good AC. Clean bedsheet and towels. Great pricing. Really nothing to complain about.

Beautiful town house home, two stories in a nice area. The home was visualized leasing and comfortable, 1 bath and 2 rooms upstairs- master king bedroom And an office with a desk, the office is wide open space and can easily be a great kids room with the air mattress in the closet. Master bedroom has a second door that opens to the 2 entry office. Bed is comfortable. Night stands have a really cool blue light that shines in the midsection on both sides pretty cool. Check in was instant, couldn’t be easier. A smart lock on the front door allows guests to waste no time getting their bags inside by typing a simple 4 digit code, and the door unbolts and opens. Spacious kitchen back deck (im sure lovely in summer, but rainy in April) basement is incredible clean and has washer and dryer… Honestly the best air b&b experience i’ve had. Any future guests, take your shoes off at the door (the rule) it has worked the carpets and hardwood are stunning! A+++

We had a great stay at Victors home, location is great, close to restaurants, shops and train. Quiet and the roof was lovely. Victor was super responsive and helpful.

We had a great time in Philadelphia and really enjoyed this rental. It is comfortable, tidy, and bright; super close to the Schuylkill River biking trail; and right along several bus/trolley lines. We initially parked in the temporary parking along the parkway and then easily found a spot right in front of the house in the morning. Thanks to the convenient public transit, we didn’t need to move the car after that. It’s an easy ride to Old City, the Zoo, Reading Terminal Market, etc. short walk to the art museum and the parkway. Maria was also very friendly and communicative! I highly recommend this rental!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here in this unit. Was clean, comfortable and perfectly charming. The location was ideal, the parking spot was a plus and the downstairs living room was a way to also have some private time if needed. The courtyard was lovely and the hosts were terrific, easily reached and responsive. Planning to stay here again.

Our stay at Jasmine’s was great!! The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured if not better. It’s spacious, stocked with everything you need, and close to everything. There are a lot of stairs but that was not a problem for our group. Street parking wasn’t a problem. We mostly used Uber so we wouldn’t have to move the car. Jasmine is very responsive and even got a toaster delivered to the house during our stay just to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

Sebastian’s place was just what we needed, really close to lots of restaurants! The place was as described and worked well for our group of 4!

I was glad to find a space close to my family and familiar to me. Deysi's place was outstanding, comfortable, and clean. My family and I felt at home and enjoyed the space's amenities. Deysi was very responsive, accommodating, and kind. The location is convenient to many local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The street is small, two-way, and at times, parking can be a hassle, however, this is not a deal breaker. I will book this space again when traveling home.

I was in a quandary with a previous host being uncommitted to our reservation. I felt lucky to find a place with less than 8 days to the event bringing me and my family to Philly. Amanda was immediately responsive to my inquiry and many follow up questions. She was incredibly flexible about both check-in and checkout times and clear about expectations. The place was clean and spacious and probably the best equipped AB&B household I have ever visited. I have no reservations about giving her a 5 star review Terry

Zimu's spacious townhouse has been the perfect temporary home for me! She keeps it immaculately clean and well-furnished with anything you could need, from kitchen implements to quality linens. I had my own bedroom and bathroom and use of the common areas (open floor kitchen/dining/living room, laundry room, and garage). She stayed in the master suite a few nights during my several-month stay, and was super easy to talk to in person as well as highly responsive and communicative via text as needed. I set up an office for me to work from, and I loved looking out over the golf course all day. The neighborhood is quiet, super safe, and close to great restaurants and shopping. Should I be in the area again, I will happily return to Zimu's townhouse!

The property is full of character and located in a very peaceful street in a good neighbourhood. There was only two of us staying, but the house is really spacious and has everything you may need. Upstairs is very light and airy with two lovely bathrooms. We didn’t use the little patio outside, but it’s a nice space. The main bedroom was our favourite room and a super comfortable bed. Marina was an excellent host and very accommodating. Downtown Philadelphia is about 15 mins by car and there is a lovely independent bookstore close by!
