House was exactly pictured very nice! Kids loved the pool! Everything was in walking distance 10 minutes from #1 beach Siesta Beach. We could walk to many restaurants. Chuck and Kendra were very nice also he took us on his boat for a dolphin & sunset cruise very reasonably priced highly recommended! We had such a great stay and we would definitely book with Kayla again in the future ! Great Host Thank you Kayla! 😊

Fabulous space with an outstanding location. Walked to get all groceries and eat at wonderful restaurants. Pool area was nice with afternoon sun and just steps to the beach. Thanks Margie!

We all had an amazing time staying at Transfer's Haven. The AirBnB was super easy to locate, get inside, and matched the description. The space itself was super clean and accommodating, and the area was perfect. I would absolutely stay again.

We had an excellent stay here. The location was excellent as it was right on the Gulf. Our family loved the screened-in lanai. The lanai is right off the master bedroom, so we would open the slider and listen to the waves as we fell asleep. Beach was beautiful and just steps away. Cindy was very kind and messaged me during our stay to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious, and there was lots of room for storage. Condo has great location- less than 4 miles to Publix and close to restaurants/shopping at St Armands Circle. We would love to stay here again in the future and definitely recommend!!

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

We loved the pool and hot tub. Ben was very responsive when I asked about if there was a speaker we could use and he dropped one off at the front door within minutes. Great location and price was reasonable. We would Definately stay again!

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!

Perfect location, great beach views and access. The house comes well supplied and has many games and beach toys. Considering this house survived hurricane Helene, the house is well appointed and in good shape. They may want to put new flooring down eventually as there are tears in the flooring upstairs and down. Everyone's bed slept well except for mine in the main bedroom. It was like a brick and the mattress/box spring are on the for; not a frame. I ended up with a sleep large deficit and very sore back for the week(I'm 58). It being the main bedroom as the only room with an attached bath, I would think that the bed would be much more comfortable like in the other rooms. I hate to even put that in the review because it's such a great place, but that should really be addressed. That bed is the only thing that would ever keep me from booking this wonderful place again. Elizabeth was very nice and very responsive, a great host.

We stayed a month and it felt like being at a real home; the house was very well equipped and full of character. On a daily basis, we had everything we needed, and the very few times we needed assistance/solving, Edie was very diligent to make sure we were happy. Extra points to the shaded parking space and the firmness of the mattress. We truly enjoyed our stay, as well as the location, the private fenced patio for our kitty, and our little casual encounters with Matt in the shared backyard/laundry area :)

Clean and neat, friendly and when we wanted to extend was quick and easy to enjoy our stay longer. Thank you again

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

Such a lovely stay! Very homey and well decorated without feeling cluttered. Loads of room to spread out and terrific natural light. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were delighted by how walkable the neighborhood was and the street is super charming and quiet.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

Yvonne couldn't have been more responsive, helpful and accommodating for our group of 5. She had great recommendations for things to do. The pool was wonderful and was used every day. It was great to have 3 bathrooms for 5 women. Would definitely book again with her!

Jeff’s place was in a great location for my one night trip in st. Pete. Very close to local restaurants and bars. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Will stay there again.

There's nowhere else on Siesta Key we would ever want to stay, the Casa is perfect for a family who wants to enjoy all that Siesta Key has to offer. It's cozy, clean, and spacious. The pool and patio are great, they have plenty of chairs, toys, and umbrellas for the beach, you really won't need anything when you stay here. Cage and Debi are the ultimate hosts., they are right next door and available and responsive for any needs. More than that, they are great folks obviously because they allow pets. :-) We've been coming here since 2018, it's our favorite place away from home.

We had a great time! the pool was amazing, everything was very clean and we had everything that we needed while we were there.

We had a wonderful time at Andrew's house! The backyard was the highlight for us; the pool area surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. I really wish there was a hammock so I could take a nap under the palm trees! The house is a short drive to the famous Siesta Key Beach, and it also even comes with beach chairs, which was super convenient. I definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family. The layout was great, comfortable rooms, kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking. Our communication with Sheila was excellent. Will definitely come back again! Thanks for helping us enjoy a wonderful Spring Break!

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. The house provided plenty of room for our family of six adults and two kids. There are several nice features in the home including multiple deck spaces to relax in and a large pool and hot tub. The house was very well equipped and organized. Also, the location was away from traffic noise and advantageously situated on the north end of the Key avoiding the heavy traffic that occurs on the south end. Better advanced communication and more prompt responses to a few issues we discovered upon arrival would have made the experience more enjoyable. In the course of our month long stay we were able to address most of the issues and the host accommodated our concerns. We are planning on staying again next year.

Our family had a great time! The house and pool are awesome. And the location is great! Walk to the beach, the Ugly Grouper, bait shop, convenience store, fresh seafood store, etc. Hosts are proactive but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot. Uber clean. Super short walk to the beach, even though we hung out in the pool most of the days. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the cutest home and was absolutely perfect for our stay. The home was clean, well stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was crystal clear. The beds were comfortable. The listing was just as described. We truly enjoyed our stay!
