This place did not disappoint my husband and I. The unit was newly remodeled and so well done, organized and attentions to details for guest conveniences. We loved it !

We enjoyed our stay with Gertrude Rentals for our babymoon. Our unit was on the bayside, but it was a nice walk to the beach. The instructions for everything were easy to follow and thorough. The weather wasn’t great during our stay so we didn’t use the pools, but they would have been convenient to use. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some meals on one day. We also enjoyed the convenience of the private beach with chairs and lounge chairs provided. All of the amenities made our stay so easy and fun.

Our family of 5 loved Akira's place. It felt very private as the store below is very low traffic. The beach access right across the street was perfect for us and the cooler, chairs and umbrella in the unit were a great to have! Short walk to many restaurants and a trolly stop right across the street made getting around easy. We had a great time!

this is my second year in a row coming down to siesta key and I have always stayed here. walking distance from everything but yet this place is quiet and peaceful. it is a diamond in the ruff.

Wirklich ein tolles Apartment, indem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und es ist wirklich nur ein kurzer Weg über die Straße bis zum Strand. Debra war sehr hilfsbereit bei dem Checkout. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an excellent stay here. The location was excellent as it was right on the Gulf. Our family loved the screened-in lanai. The lanai is right off the master bedroom, so we would open the slider and listen to the waves as we fell asleep. Beach was beautiful and just steps away. Cindy was very kind and messaged me during our stay to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious, and there was lots of room for storage. Condo has great location- less than 4 miles to Publix and close to restaurants/shopping at St Armands Circle. We would love to stay here again in the future and definitely recommend!!

The view of the ocean and beach from the front sun room is beautiful. Great place to sit in the morning with the windows open and drinking your first cup of coffee. Matthew is a great host. We needed a couple things and he responded within 30minutes. The condo has new w&d which is nice as well. The condo also has a storage unit stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas. Two brand new outdoor gas grills too!

Excellent location for a family with kids, beach nearby. Full beach equipment including trolley available. You can’t live closer to restaurants on Anna Maria Island, no car needed. Communication with Linda was outstanding, so I really can recommend this location and its host Linda.

sit on the river every morning and to enjoy a cup of coffee during alligators are passing the river. The cottage was fully equipped and we felt moren comfortable!

The house is beautiful and modern. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and great room. Nicely decorated, and plenty of natural light. The screened in porch looking over the water and right off the great room was where we spent every morning with our coffee. The bathrooms were modern and well appointed. Large towels for both the bathrooms and the pool. The real gem is the pool/ hot tub area. We stayed six weeks and had most of our grandchildren- nieces and nephews stayed with us for a week at a time. They never left the pool, and their parents never left the hot tub. Both of them had digital controls that we controlled- a real plus. There was nice lounging areas that showed signs of hurricane damage but it was minimal and expected. The next greatest thing we witnessed was an extremely responsive host. Keriann was the best host we have ever encountered. Something missing had it that day, something broke it got fixed within two days and she listened to what we thought would make it better.

99.99% perfect. Every place can always have opinionated criticism. Our little add-on’s to make 100%: Keurig is always a plus instead of or in addition to coffee pot. Some provided firewood for fire pit (although I know host would’ve probably provided if asked). Awesome place-and will return if available for sure!!!

We have rented vacation homes on AMI & Bradenton for many years. Terry is by far the most responsive & caring host we have encountered. The entire first floor of the house is newly renovated including beds, furniture & appliances. Terry worked diligently to make sure the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need & ready when we arrived. The house layout-2 bedrooms on the first floor north side & 2 bedrooms on the second floor south side -with an expansive living, dining, kitchen & family area -made for easy traffic flow when our children/grandchildren joined us during our stay. We had many family dinners at the large table in the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets over the bay. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub-especially after a day at the beach. The home is located a few miles drive from many of the local beaches-AMI, Coquina beach, Bradenton Beach or Long Boat Key. A truly memorable vacation.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in two of Rex and his wife's properties. Wowww! It was an incredible experience and we were in a high stress situation. Both of their places gave us peace and enjoyment. Between the views, surrounding establishments and the stellar accommodations, our high praise can not be adequately expressed in words alone. The exceptional communication made our changing circumstances less hectic. Thank you for making your homes affordable and luxurious. We will definitely be back to your little slice of paradise. 🏖🌞

We had another great stay at Juan’s place! 10/10 would recommend!

We originally had reservations somewhere else and when we arrived at the other listing it was dirty, stunk like urine, and wasn't going to have running water for 2 days. As you can imagine, we were not happy. Thankfully we were able to get a full refund from the other place and found this place. It was late at night and Christy was super responsive. We were so happy her place was available and we were able to get in at 8pm at night. The place was clean, pretty, and had great amenities. The first day we didn't even leave the premises as we just wanted to relax in the backyard. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Thanks again for helping make our vacation relaxing and memorable.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

This place was wonderful, Peaceful,quiet,private beach , everything described in listing. I would definitely stay here again! The view was picture perfect! Location was everything you would want .

The properties at One Particular Harbor are lovely. Spacious, upscale yet comfortable, amazing view of the bay. The three bedroom at 396 Aruba Circle is sooo spacious and allows every member of your family their own space to spread out. The kitchen was well accommodated, there were lots of beach towels for use and beach chairs too. Loved the proximity to Anna Maria Island and the Floridays restaurant.

We had a wonderful week in MIchele's unit. There were no surprises! The condo was immaculate and modern. Michele was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The check in instructions were excellent. Seeing a bottle of prosecco with two chilled glasses in the fridge was such a nice surprise! The location was outstanding, with Saint Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota being just minutes away. We also loved the nearby restaurants that Michele recommended. Each room has a large screen tv with Roku loaded with a number of active streaming channels. The water view from the balcony was great, and parking couldn't have been easier in the reserved spot. We arrived without having had a chance to go shopping, and it was so nice that there were cold waters and sodas in the fridge, and plenty of coffee k-cups on the counter. We would definitely stay with Michele again. She was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!

We loved the condo! My favorite part was the screened in porch with very comfortable seating, view of the ocean, and a table for card games with grandkids. I would like to definitely rent again when we visit that beautiful area in the future.

great place to stay...room was clean, very short walk to the beach, many items in the room available to use (numerous beach chairs, beach umbrellas, life jackets, ect) would definitely stay again!
