Beautiful vacation in Siesta Keys. We had everything we needed and more. Sandra was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful and friendly. The staff in the office were wonderful as well. The location was close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Great stay! 242 Runaway Bay has maybe the best location in highly-desirable Runaway Bay. Directly faces the beautiful bay with amazing views and the early morning sun; the best way to start your day. Katie was wonderfully accommodating and responsive in all communication. Home has many positives--clean, updated, well-equipped, comfortable and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Best pool on the Island as well. This is your go-to spot for your vacation on Anna Maria Island, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this wonderful location, enjoy!

The condo was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve rented a lot!). Very clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely. Everything was provided. Nice location right across the street from the beach to see beautiful sunsets. And if we didn’t want to go to the beach, we could see the sunset perfectly right outside the front door! Great restaurants that we could walk to. Great vacation!!

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others. The location is beautiful with ocean views from two of the bedrooms and an extremely short walk to a private beach. The unit itself was very clean and modern. Plenty of restaurants and amenties close by as well. Gulf coast was also very helpful. We experienced some trouble with Hyatt during check in (they manage the building but have nothing to do with the rental) and gulf coast hopped on the phone immediately to help resolve the issue. Super reponsive and quick to respond during our stay.

Steve was a very responsive and respectful host. The condo is a short walk to the pool, beach and local restaurants. There were clear instructions on anything we needed to know and the condo was super clean. We appreciate the hospitality and we will be staying here again.

The condo looks just like the pictures and has loads of room. Having 2 and 1/2 baths was a plus. We took advantage of the pool table, the large balcony and the huge kitchen. The living room is very comfortable with a large couch and 2 recliner chairs. We utilized the available beach chairs but the beach wagon was in bad shape. The Anchorage is located in a very convenient spot just off the island's south bridge. The beach is a short walk away, as are many bars and restaurants. The area is still recovering from last fall's hurricane and The Anchorage's landscaping and street front are still not back to pre-storm levels, but the building itself was clean and operational. We were disappointed that the tennis courts were still destroyed, but we used the public courts down the street. Pool is up and running and heated. We had to contact the hosts for a small issue and they were very responsive. I would recommend staying here.

I absolutely loved staying here! The condo is beautiful with a full kitchen, linens, beach supplies, and cleaning supplies. The notebook with instructions regarding the condo and Runaway Bay made everything very easy. The gulf and bay are both quick and easy to walk to, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop that are a short walk or free trolley ride away. Trolley stops right in front of the condo entrance. I loved it here and will absolutely be coming back!

Our stay at Nicole's place far exceeded our expectations. Nicole has thought of everything you could possibly want. She's created a handy guide to her home, the community as well as the greater Sarasota area. Nicole even facilitated a golf cart rental on our behalf. You'll definitely want one if you rent this home. What a great convenience to get to the pool or the pickleball courts! We spent most of our week looking at homes in the community that were for sale we enjoyed our time so much. This home has everything you'll need for a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

We had a wonderful stayed. We loved the beach and the kids loved the pool. The house is perfect, really nice. It´s a great place to visit with the family.

This home was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed (which is extremely rare with an air bnb) The pool was warm and we couldn’t get our son out of it. In the garage they had all the things you needed for a day at the beach and the laundry room was fully stocked with beach towels. The location was perfect and located centrally between the bridges to Ana Maria island. Grocery stores were close by as well. The home is extremely clean and well cared for. We will be looking to book here again next year.

Our stay was honestly best experience ever had on this site. There was so much to do: outdoor pool, waterslide, kiddy play area, pool bar (which was always filled with amazing people from all over) gym, sauna, cold bath, horse shoes, corn hole, arcade, volleyball, pickleball, general store, hot tubs, extra activities for kids to do daily. We never seen our kids while we were here. There was so much to keep them entertained and it was amazing. Jacob was very responsive to any questions we might have had. Place was stocked with plenty of towels and beach towels. Was excited to see that cause other places never had enough towels. They had little table out on porch spent every morning out there eating breakfast and chatting with people passing by. Took walks around daily and highly recommend checking out the ponds for wild life animals. We will definitely be using Jacob again and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.

We had a great stay and gave it 5 stars mainly because of everything the village has to offer. There’s a lot to do for the whole family—gym, pool, pickleball, pool room, basketball, sauna, cold tub, and more. That’s exactly what we were looking for. The house itself is a bit basic, but it has everything you need,. The bathroom was very clean, and the bedding for the parents was comfortable. The kids' sleeping area is a sectioned-off space in the main room—basic, but it works. One downside is the noise: the windows are plastic, so you can hear quite a bit from outside, especially the nearby express road. The floor could have been cleaner, though we suspect the laminate type might make it look that way regardless. That said, the host was very responsive and genuinely made an effort to ensure our stay was pleasant. We’re generally easygoing and not too picky, but our cleanliness standards may be a bit higher than average—so we included these details for the sake of completenes.

We enjoyed our month-long stay at Lisa's house on Siesta Key. It was walkable into town on a sidewalk (about 20 min.) but not really to the beach. The backyard was beautiful with shade throughout the day due to a pergola on one side of the pool which gave shade in the morning and a structured eating area with a roof on the other side that cast a good shadow by the afternoon. Even in the rain we were able to eat outside and had a beautiful view of the small spring-fed lake, which the herons Bonnie and Clyde frequented along with other unusual birds. Our granddaughter loved the heated pool with a ledge and fountains and the hot tub was a nice touch. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need (Ninja blender, pots and pans of all sizes, baking sheets). The bedrooms were comfortable and our granddaughter loved the bunk room. The only negative was the living room sofa which was very low to the ground. Better for kids than adults. Overall a very nice place.

We had a wonderful stay in the suite of Cia's charming home. Its prime location offered effortless access to Sarasota Airport, beautiful beaches, I-75, shopping, and dining – we couldn’t have asked for a more convenient spot. The heated pool and serene patio, surrounded by vibrant plants and flowers, were a delightful added touch. Cia was incredibly knowledgeable about local attractions and services, including great recommendations for massage therapists. She was always quick to respond and easily reachable by text, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
