Welcome to a "Shore Thing", a 2-bedroom modern beach house that is the perfect getaway spot for you and your loved ones to connect, unwind and enjoy everything that beautiful Belmar and the Jersey Shore has to offer. Enjoy the sounds of the Ocean just 3.5 blocks to the beach and walking distance to all of the local spots in town including F St, Anchor Tavern, Marina Grille, 10th Ave Burrito, etc. The property is also a quick Uber to other hot locations such as Asbury Park, Spring Lake and OG.

Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath victorian home

Each of the three bedrooms has brand new queen size beds and all 2.5 bathrooms are brand new as is the kitchen and everything else in this gourgous victotian home with lots of outdoor space including front wrap around pouches and large private backyard with gardens . All this just three houses off the heart of Downtown Manasquan. Only dogs under 20 pounds and they have to be non-shedding and well trained.
