Matilde siempre fue muy amable y respondía rápidamente, el lugar es tranquilo sin embargo el la entrada de la cochera es casi imposible de accesar.

The apartment is a true gem located in a safe, secure, and ideal area. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures. I did experience an issue with the hot water due to a thunderstorm that damaged the system, but it was eventually fixed. The other residents are very quiet and keep to themselves, which is perfect if you're traveling with little ones and need an early bedtime routine. Additionally, there is a visible security guard on duty at the gate 24/7. The apartment is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Carretera Masaya and a high-end mall called Galerías Santo Domingo. There is an abundance of food options nearby, ranging from delicious street food to upscale restaurants, all within a short drive. Finding the apartment was effortless, and the check-in process was smooth, handled directly with the security guard. Overall, I have no regrets about staying at Grethell's place. Nicaragua is a beautiful country filled with warm and loving people.

What an extraordinary stay in Granada at Beth's apartment/house. It was way beyond our expectations in many ways. First of all to learn that we are fellow Iowans was amazing! The tiny considerations and details in leaving us a special gift for our anniversary was so thoughtful. A beautiful spacious colonial home in the center of Guanajuato with eloquent niches and beautiful art. The pool was so convenient, refreshing and relaxing after a day or morning out to explore. Beth was kind, flexible and had great practical suggestions for us during our stay. Hopefully, one day we will return and have the opportunity to stay again.

Oscar was an exceptional host, even took the time to personally show my wife how to get to the supermarket and carried the groceries himself..!!! Always helpful with recommendations and assistance. I had an amazing time at James place. It was as warm and comfortable as the pictures. Everything was close by to get to and the taxi Milton was a great tour guide to show me around the city. I only stayed a weekend but I definitely will be back to visit and I will only stay here. Thank you!

This is a charming and cozy apartment, offering a high level of privacy. The host was highly responsive, and Marvin, who handled the check-in and check-out process, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The space felt very private, the air conditioning functioned perfectly, and both the bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay!.

Für mich allein war dieses Appartment für 3 Nächte ausreichend. Ich konnte mir etwas zu Essen zubereiten und auch das Bett war bequem mit guter Bettwäsche. Im.Bad gab es einige Pflegeprodukte. Morgens und Abends saß ich auf der schönen Terasse.

Estuve hospedada en el apartamento de Adriana y debo decir que el lugar es sumamente cómodo, y el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla en cuestión de pocos minutos refrescaba la habitación. En mi estadía estuve cocinando bastante y la cocina me resultó muy cómoda, un único detalle es que falta alguna ollita. Además, a pesar de estar sobre la carretera principal el lugar es silencioso y tranquilo Pue lo que se duerme muy tranquilamente. En pocas palabras un alojamiento muy cómodo en el cual me volveré a hospedar

El lugar esta precioso, es súper privado y súper limpio, me sentí como en casa, la persona que me atendió supe flexible con todo, y muy amable para que, lo recomiendo al 10000%

Excelente nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, cuando uno viaja difícilmente descansa porque no está en casa. pero acá nos sentimos bastante a gusto.

We really enjoyed our stay with Charles & Rosy. The cottage is cute and perfect for a couple. The kitchen is equipped with what you need (microwave, 2 burner hot plate, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, cups, plates, mini fridge, dining table.) and the AC was a welcomed addition especially after a hot day in the city. The bed was comfy and the fan above us kept us nice and cool at night. Lots of storage for your clothes, and the hot water shower was lovely. Rosy was very helpful and considerate, and Charles was extremely kind and responsive. We went for a walk around the grounds and were delighted to see fresh fruits, though not quite ripe for us to pick, but that’s okay. The gate at entry also gave us peace of mind and was very welcomed. Only note: if you’re taking a taxi, drivers have a hard time finding the place but if you wait for them outside of the compound it’s fine. 20/10. Highly recommend their place. La ubicación es muy buena. Las chicas están en comunicación constante y te den instrucciones súper claras! Me quedaría de nuevo aquí si es necesario Location is great. The hosts are constantly in touch and their instructions are easy to follow! I’ll stay here again if needed
