The host Min was super responsive. He was kind to provide a screwdriver when asked for and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Definitely recommend properties hosted by him.

This was a perfect stay. Lynn’s place is so spacious and provided plenty of privacy for each of our guests while we were in the area for our daughter’s college graduation. The beds were all comfortable and bedding & towels were spotless. We loved everything and would definitely return when in town again.

Place was beautiful. And exactly like the pictures. Alexis was very accommodating and responsive. The absolute only slightly negative thing was the bathtubs looked soooooo nice in the pics but in our opinion the water was not hot enough to take an enjoyable bath. But the showers were amazing. The pool was a fantastic temperature even tho it was kinda chilly and the windy outside. I would absolutely recommend this place for friends and family.

Naomi’s home was so welcoming. The moment we walked through the door we felt so relaxed and comfortable. The pool was great and the overall atmosphere in the home was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all clean and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with extra toiletries. Over all our stay was amazing and we have definitely recommended her home to a few people. We were there the 16th-20th and our kids would love to go back again soon.

My guests and I had a wonderful time at Paula's property. The house was immaculate and Paula was so kind to leave snacks and a welcome card. The house had everything we needed and the layout was wonderful for the amount of guest we had. My favorite part was the peaceful and serene backyard and of course the relaxing hot tub. Paula was so quick to respond and even let us check in early. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Paula!

The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here. I already have plans to come back and stay here again. Heated pool…oh my ! Host was great … 10 out of 10 for sure .

We absolutely loved staying here! Clifford’s place was perfect for our family - a great location in a beautiful neighborhood that’s close to town, close to the beach, and close to our own family nearby. The house is spacious and comfortable. Clifford was super responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful stay and will be back soon!

We were a group of 30 ladies, various ages, and we loved our stay!! The house was very clean and it had plenty of space and beds for all of us. It was a great stay, however, I would like to point out to small things. 1) the coffee maker is so slow so if you are a coffee lover, take this into consideration. 2) for such and large house, there is a lack of counter and dinning space. Other thank that it’s a great Airbnb.

Irene’s place was great. It was very peaceful and clean. Great neighborhood too.

We would stay at Liza and Pascal’s again in a heart beat! Liza was able to get us early check in which was great. The house was easy to get to and the check in was seamless. The house (particularly the kitchen) is very well stocked so if you want to do your own cooking you are set up well for that. Beds were comfy and the house and outdoor area are very spacious. Liza even went out of her way to deliver a coffee maker and beans so we could brew more coffee outside of the nespresso. Overall 10/10 stay!

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

This is a great house in Hollywood Hills, the backyard is a private oasis and the house is very stylish and cool. We really enjoyed our stay here and never wanted to leave the backyard...but there are lots of fun things to do close by.

It was an amazing place. Very spacious with great amenities. We had a wonderful and restful stay. It was a rare listing where it was even better in person than the photos. We will definitely plan on staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

Our stay at this villa was amazing, Beautiful House inside and out. This place is just perfect very spacious and quiet i would definitely stay here again. The host was quick to respond to any concerns about the house and made our stay more pleasant.

The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The outdoor space in the back of the house around the pool provides a sense of seclusion as well...and the pool is quite a bonus (though a $200 fee for turning on the heat and an extra $100 per day for keeping it on is a little bit steep). The Maimon Group is also extremely responsive to needs. I'd gladly stay here again.

I had a fantastic time staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable. It came fully equipped with everything I needed—high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy bed, clean towels, air conditioning, and even a washer/dryer. I especially loved the outdoor space like the garden which was perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommend!

Bobby is GREAT! he was responsive at all times and understanding. The location was perfect, His home is beautiful and it accommodated my entire family. This place definitely served its purpose - to give our kids a fun, unique, relaxing, and private place to swim over spring break. The house had pretty much all we needed and whatever we forgot could easily be bought at one of the many nearby retail stores (Target, Vons, etc.). I liked that there were so many choices for food right outside the neighborhood but also convenient proximity to the freeway if we needed to go out of the area. The place definitely has a cozy and family friendly vibe. We enjoyed our stay!

This is the second time that we stayed at Wendy's beautiful Air BnB. It is well equipped, has a great location, lots of space and all in all a perfect fit for our family. I would stay there again.
