The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The outdoor space in the back of the house around the pool provides a sense of seclusion as well...and the pool is quite a bonus (though a $200 fee for turning on the heat and an extra $100 per day for keeping it on is a little bit steep). The Maimon Group is also extremely responsive to needs. I'd gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed every bit of our stay at this location. It was very near to our event place and convenient. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious while the kitchen is pretty small for such a big house!.

Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

My friends and I had an amazing stay!!! The house is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. It looks just like the pictures. It was so peaceful and quiet. But also not far from anywhere you wanted to go in LA. The host was so nice, we let him know some needed items were missing that were listed as amenities. Not expecting anything, it was more to just make him aware and he dropped off all the things we mentioned that very same evening. Was so kind of him. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again or recommend this place to others wanting to stay in the area. (Encino, CA)

We were in Huntington Beach for a family wedding and decided to get an Air BnB for our group. It was a great location! It was nice to settle in and cook a meal or two. We especially enjoyed the front patio. The garage was well stocked with beach gear but sadly the weather didn’t really corporate this time. We’d recommend this house if you find yourself in HB!

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

Really amazing location with parking, walkable to Venice beach and loads of great restaurants / gyms etc. loads of space and all the amenities you need. Recommend. Theee adults and 4 children for part of our stay and worked really well

A beautifully clean space that felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, situated near local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Nick’s home was absolutely beautiful. Felt safe and at peace in the area that the home was located in! The home itself is very spacious with multiple large bedrooms, a large backyard & front yard as well. Otto their dog was extremely friendly and a great guard dog ! Definitely will be staying here again!

My friends and I had a wonderful and memorable stay at Ed’s Airbnb. The home is decorated beautifully and the view is breathtaking. It is an easy drive to Malibu and other beaches as well! We were very excited to enjoy the hot tub, and when we needed help heating it up, Ed was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. We wish we could stay longer, and will stay here again any time we are in the area!

Its a bit pricey for the space, but it was a busy weekend and fit perfect for our trip. If it wasn't for Andy and his quick response and knowledge of the area and customer service we would have gone somewhere else. Great place, clean and in a safe and sound location.

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

Great house! We would definitely stay here again. The amenities were excellent, especially the hot tub and pool table, which we really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable in all of the rooms! The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

House was great , host was great! My daughter turned 13 we booked it for her and a few friends to slumber party and they had a ball loved the pool and game room. Was even able to check in a little early thanks again Jaid we will be back this summer lol. Looks just like the photos !!! You will not be disappointed.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en la casa de Kylie. Todo estaba como en las fotos. Todo muy limpio. Instrucciones muy claras para la entrada y salida. La alberca no tiene calefacción así que no pudimos usarla porque los días estuvieron fríos. Todo funciona sin problema y la distribución de la casa es muy funcional para un viaje en familia.
