Our home is on the bay just across the river from Fort Kochi, nestled in a quiet residential area of colonial Cochin. With a quite beach, beautiful lanes and Chapels it is ideal for a calm and relaxed holiday. It is in the heritage zone of 'Our Lady of Hope Church' (built 1604 AD). It's our Little cottage which we built as our vacation home. A short 5 min ferry ride takes you into the heart of Fort Kochi ,with it's historic places and restaurants all within walking distance .

Welcome to the "Mriya" your own luxury pool beach villa. You will have 3 luxuriously furnished room with attached hot/cold shower baths. The whole property is half acre beach front with plenty of open lawn spaces for children to play. The beach is right across the front gate and is very clean and ideal for swimming with mild waves.The beach in front is also home to the Oliver Ridley turtles and you can see them nesting and hatching from the months of January to April.

The house is equipped with kitchen utensils, stove, fridge, washing machine, inverter for uninterrupted power and AC in the bedroom. Internet and satellite tv connections are not available. The house is intended for guests who wanted to stay away from work and the maddening crowd.
