I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

Spent 6 nights. Made nearly all our meals there since fresh produce and other groceries are minutes away. Place 'feels' larger than it is; very comfy. Khallel is such good communicator! Great lil home away from home.

The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

We had a wonderful time staying at Marc's place. Marc have been a great host and answered all our inquiries during our stay in his home. It's really an unforgettable experience. Your place keeps us away from the traffic of the city and at the same time keeps us near the great and wonderful establishments in its surrounding areas (which were just a couple of minutes away from where Marc's place is, like the SM Aura, Market Market, The High Street and more). Your place have been a second home for us while in BGC. You helped us complete our itinerary. Again, thank you for the wonderful experience.

He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to meet me, give me a tour, and remain highly responsive throughout my visit. The free parking is a fantastic bonus, as it’s not common with other rentals. Had a wonderful stay at Chris' place with a beautiful city view. Very convenient area and it being close to a local tv network studio, I had the chance to meet local celebrities during my stay.

We were handling renovations for another property that was just across the street which made my life very easy. THINA our host was easy and helpful as far as communication, and local recommendation. You need to call a taxi at night. There are minimal nearby restaurants and no local nightlife. To explore, I would suggest taking a taxi/Grab to Makita. The house was perfect.

Our stay at your place was super comfortable. The space was just right for us. The location of the hotel was also very convenient—fast food resto, convenience stores, transpo, ATMs, and more were all easily accessible. Everything we needed was available, and I love that the condiments we needed for cooking were provided—even rice. We really didn’t have to worry about anything. Before I booked, I read some reviews and noticed a few concerns raised about the AC. So I asked the agent if it had already been fixed. And during our stay, we didn’t encounter any issues at all—in fact, there were times we had to turn it off because it got really cold. It was almost perfect. I think the only thing they might want to add is maybe a small space or a table in case someone needs to work. Also, we wanted to hang out on the balcony, but we couldn’t stay long because of the heat being released by the AC's outdoor unit—but that’s okay. All in all, it was perfect! Will definitely consider booking again.
