The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hosts helped with local transports and recommendations to go around. Also, helped with smooth airport transfers by connecting with the right people. Our stay at Kalikavu has been the highlight of our 3 week trip exploring South India and loved by everyone in our group of 8 people - children and grown ups alike. The lush surroundings of rubber, betel nut and coconut trees and colourful plants with the mountains seen in the distance made it a perfect place to relax and take in nature. We all wish we could have stayed longer. Louis, Riyas and the ladies who prepared delicious meals for us were really helpful and made our stay very special. Particular thanks to Riyas who took us on a walk to the hidden waterfall where we all enjoyed a refreshing swim. We would definitely recommend Kalikavu to anyone wanting to explore Silent Valley and enjoy the beauty the valley has to offer.

A beautiful stay right in middle of nature..very serene and majestic hill views. private waterfalls and stream. pool was clean. food was delicious. caretaker george was always available. the owner Sanjay was very approachable and super helpful. overall highly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 days and loved it. The property is clean and well maintained, centrally located from most places you would want to visit and Sahil was always reachable if we needed help with anything. Would definitely recommend.
