Eunice and Jeremy are gracious hosts.... friendly and helpful to their guests. The place is great for visitors on a budget, students, or if you simply don't feel like paying KL accommodation prices... it's probably the best value in KL. It's in a quiet and safe area, and has a steel door that could stop terminators (killer cyber organisms from the future, sent back in time). the hosts are just next door if you need them.

Great place to stay and to spend time for family/relatives gathering during holidays. The host has 3 units and all are conveniently located side by side to each other. 99 Speedmart, 7-11, seafood restaurant and the Glory beach are just around the corner (walking distance). Will definitely come again in our next visit to PD.

7 of us stayed about 5 days at this airbnb. When we arrived, it was a seamless check in. The host was very responsive and the airbnb gave a welcoming vibe. The airbnb was extremely clean and you could see it was given a lot of love and thought. The amenities was as described and it was more than what we expected. We had some problems with the air-conditioning but the host was fast to respond and get it fixed for us. Overall, the whole stay was as if I never left home and I would recommend it no matter if you are coming to Seremban for a short or long stay. Would book this house again in the future.

This apartment is cozy and well-equipped, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only con is some rooms face a nearby factory, which may result in occasional noise during the early morning hours.

Great Host with clear communications throughout the planning and execution

We were home to do visa extentions, the duration was unpredictable. I found Michelle’s place after our first airbnb was charging us about 40 % increase in rate for another month of stay. Michelle was nice and proactive, her place was as pictures shown, cosy and comfortable. We had an early check in, little bit unfamiliar with the lock. The house was clean and neat, she knew my son is allergic , she had couches cleaned. Wifi was good except it can’t reach to the master bedroom. During the stay, I extended the stay twice, Michelle was nice, she gave me discount every time unlike the first airbnb. I ended up staying in her place for about 2 months. Our stay was pleasant with 2 adults, a baby and a toddler. Location of the place is in the heart, it is very convenient to get by with a car. Even without a car, grab can be easily ordered, especially vellfire. Highly recommend the place.

A beautiful home. Welcoming, spotless rooms, an absolute pleasure to stay. A little hard to find as google maps lists it on the street over, but it is a fantastic place to stay for a large group of friends. Totally recommended.

Came back here for the second time because of how much I love this place and it truly feels like a home away from home. Kenneth’s place is clean and tidy, and the house is surrounded by trees - giving you a peaceful, serene, and calming feeling. Kenneth also gave us some quail eggs and duck eggs - all from the animals that he reared and we are truly grateful to him. It has always been a pleasure staying with Kenneth :)

We made a last-minute booking after running into some unexpected issues with our previous Airbnb, and this place turned out to be a great find! The host was incredibly responsive — we received check-in instructions almost immediately after booking, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The home itself was spacious and well-suited for our big group. It’s tucked away in a quiet, private location, which made our stay feel peaceful and relaxed. Would definitely book again!

We are extremely happy with the cosy setup of the cottage and extremely clean home. the surrounding is peaceful and safe. Our choco has been very happy with the garden and open kitchen n swing area. Karean has done a great job keeping the cottage a cosy home for our staycation in penang. we hope to return and stay longer next round...

入住容易，清洁明亮，方便停车，去旅游景点也很近，如果房间都有桌子放物品就最好了，或许可以升级一下吧，总体来说都是满意的，谢谢。

The house is superb clean, well maintained and you can see the owner has put a lot of heart and efforts in maintaining the house. Well taken care garden and furnitures are of good quality, nice firm bed. Netflix is available so you dont have to login your own account. Host is responsive and accommodating with our request and responsive. This good quality house and stay worth every penny of it.

I stayed for one month and absolutely loved it! The house has everything one would need for a long term stay. There are even Moka pots so you can make a lovely cup of coffee in the early morning and have it on the terrace upstairs! Oh, that terrace is something I'll miss a lot! It's an ideal place for a couple though, I stayed alone and sometimes felt a bit scared at night as it's a very secluded place. Otherwise, you get a rear chance to be surrounded by nature only, and no sounds of civilization will disturb your precious self. There are monkeys in the forest nearby, but they never bothered me. You're not far from the beach and market area, which is good. Thank you Patcharin!
