Stayed for 2 days. Good place to relax and enjoy with family. Property is hardly 100 metres to see and have sea view from bed room, living room and kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and supportive. One thing to improve is the lift which makes sound while closing and opening. Recommended for someone who wants to relax away from city hustle.

We had Sunset Bay booked for a family get together and it was worth it. Place was spacious, and was maintained clean and hygienic. Manager ensured that checkin was very smooth. Care taker was available all the time. Kitchen was fully equipped with all cutlery, utensils and Glassware in place. It was kind to allow us to use the place for an hour post checkout as one of us had to attend a meeting. Toothpaste was not provided in the toiletries and it was difficult to find a shop for it. Restaurants are available at 5 km from the place. Swiggy is available with most of the restaurants delivering at a 45 minute window. Overall this place is absolutely recommended for a getaway.

Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a highlight of my trip The home was well-equipped with everything I needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy and comfortable furniture. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the view with my morning coffee. The space was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident the host takes great care of the property. A serene place with a spectacular coastal beach, Opulent residence replete with every luxury and convenience Effortlessly reachable shoreline with pristine, unspoiled sands.. Care taker was easily approachable and amenities were provided as assured by Dr Vinita

Perfectly located Apartment with good view. Host Sandeep was very nice and friendly. Apartment was very well maintained and also had a good restaurant in the same building. It was perfect for my stay with family

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.

The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully secured, providing a comfortable and safe environment . The host Chayya was exceptionally friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions I had and ensuring a smooth experience.
