The location was very convenient for us, as it was just a short walk from the starting point of our fun run. It made it easy for us to relax before and after the event. Cedric was very accommodating and provided clear instructions. We recommend this place for anyone participating in events nearby.

Patrick was very responsive from inquiring up to our checkout. The place was a gem and good for gatherings. i brought all my cousins with me and they really enjoyed the place. The spaces were really maximized. The bedrooms are okay with good airconditioning and ventilation. we can sleep comfortably but would need to compromise on the space/who would be be on the floor/loft.Amenities are cool so it was not boring at all.kuya rolly was helpful also. note for other visitors:the parking space for 2 cars is a little cramped-although there are parking spaces outside,the garage inside is just ok for small cars overall we would stay again since the host made our stay stay smooth for us and the location was convenient and enjoyable

Our stay at your place was super comfortable. The space was just right for us. The location of the hotel was also very convenient—fast food resto, convenience stores, transpo, ATMs, and more were all easily accessible. Everything we needed was available, and I love that the condiments we needed for cooking were provided—even rice. We really didn’t have to worry about anything. Before I booked, I read some reviews and noticed a few concerns raised about the AC. So I asked the agent if it had already been fixed. And during our stay, we didn’t encounter any issues at all—in fact, there were times we had to turn it off because it got really cold. It was almost perfect. I think the only thing they might want to add is maybe a small space or a table in case someone needs to work. Also, we wanted to hang out on the balcony, but we couldn’t stay long because of the heat being released by the AC's outdoor unit—but that’s okay. All in all, it was perfect! Will definitely consider booking again.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

Super Aesthetic and clean ng unit. Very comfortable ng stay namin. Complete yung mga gamit. Maganda rin yung area. Babalikan ko itong place na'to. Overall super nagenjoy kami and satisfied sa stay namin. Kudos sa host namin, si Ma'am Christine very responsive sa mga inquiries namin kahit midnight na. I appreciate Maria's efforts in accommodating my short stay. The peacefulness of her place matched my preference. The place was also spotless and easy to access. I wish to stay longer the next time I plan on having a relaxing weekend with my friends.

Had a great stay! The location was perfect-inside a private subdivision—and the space was spotless and very well-maintained. The amenities were complete, making it feel just like home, and communication was smooth and super responsive throughout. The only small challenge was parking, which could be a bit tricky at times, but everything else more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

Exceptional staff, location, amenities, activities for kids, shopping opportunities, lasers and facials for beauty, restaurants galore, and buzzing with nightlife. We were handling renovations for another property that was just across the street which made my life very easy. THINA our host was easy and helpful as far as communication, and local recommendation. I highly recommended staying at her AirBNB.

Great place to stay near MOA Arena, especially if you’re coming for a concert. It’s walkable from the venue and lots of convenience stores and shops nearby. Place is clean and host is veryy accommodating.

Lita was great. She was very accommodating, quick to respond, ang very thoughtful. My family came from NY to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. Her place was clean and efficient. My wife and I appreciated the small touches she did to have our stay amazing. Close enough to walk to SM Aura (2 blocks) / 5 blocks to Bonifacio High Street when we needed to meet with friends & family. Will definitely book again in future if possible

Thank you so much for letting us make memorable moments with family we havent seen for 5 years at your place. We felt at home and the kids enjoyed the pool. Very close to Mall of Asia where we spent more time with the kids before they dropped us to NAIA Airport which is also conviniently close. Excellent communication, gave me very clear instructions, and answered all my queries promptly. Thank you again🙂.

My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

Very nice place for its price! Thank you so much po for accommodating us and we were so glad we found this place kahit medyo last minute na yung booking. My family loved the place so much they want to come back next time :D Medyo maliit lang po yung fridge for us siguro kasi marami rin kami need ilagay and limited yung pag lamig niya pero overall okay naman yung place. Complete din so if you want to cook or do the laundry sa place, pwedeng pwede. We also love na maraming beddings and clean yung mga linens and pillows. Secured yung house and peaceful naman yung neighborhood. Will definitely come back next time!

We are a group of 6 adults and we stayed Feb 2-9 2025. We chkin at midnight and Joan,host, welcomed us with basket of Filipino treats and cold Bottled water. Meant so much for our Canadian friends and us. All four bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us much privacy. Each room has ensuite bathroom that made a big difference. A very warm feeling of a home. I highly recommend if looking for a relaxing place.

Sir Mark was very responsive and accommodating. The whole process of checking in, staying, and checking out was so smooth and streamlined. He also walked us throughout the whole process of getring there, checking in, and checking out. The unit itself was big, clean, and accessible for our purpose of having a place to stay to attend a concert. Thank you for letting us stay sir, and there will (probably) be a next time :)
