Such an awesome place for a staycation with family and friends! Very clean, great location with mountain view and the place is very safe and quiet. The care takers are accommodating and helpful! We'll definitely go back there for another staycation!

I had a great stay at Joan’s place in Lipa City! The house is peaceful, spacious, and feels very safe and secure — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also strategically located near key establishments, so everything you need is just a quick drive or walk away. Joan was an amazing host — super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

My family and I had a great stay at Marlie’s. The place is good and spacious which is perfect for a big family! The owner is very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I will make sure to recommend this place to my friends.

1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

Great place to stay! I highly recommend the place for big groups, corporate events and family get together. Resort staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rates are reasonable and worth the price. Will definitely visit again for other special occasions.

We had a wonderful and fun stay. This is one for the books as our dogs are able to run around, swim together with us and sleep in each separate AC rooms. The spring running water outside is so relaxing to hear and see. We woke up a little early the following day so we have the area all by ourselves. It was nice roaming around and taking pictures. I specifically loved that there are a lot of spaces that you can lounge. chairs and sofas are everywhere, nice to have a chat with your families here or play some of our board games. Water pressure is also so good, perfect for taking a shower. Bathrooms, rooms and sala are so spacious Kuya Ramil was helpfull and very polite and easy to communicate with the owner too

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

A space full of character! It was huge and a great place for bonding with our extended family members! We had space for games, catch-ups, relaxing and sitting down together to banter over hearty meals. Our onsite caretakers led by Manang Eva were very generous with offering assistance😍. I can imagine families, companies and barkadas enjoying this place just as much as we did!

My family enjoyed our 2-night stay at Cevy's place, it looked exactly as in the photos and is easy to find. It is private and secure enough. The host communicated proactively and was very responsive. Ate Maru, the caretaker was helpful. We also ordered extra food and they were delivered on time and was delicious esp the Crispy Pata. The pool was clean and cold even on a hot day which was fine by us and we enjoyed anyway. We plan to book again for our next celebration.

We had a great time here with my family. So glad we booked this private villa and get to bring our dog with us too. The pool is 3 min walk away from the villa but we rented a golf cart for transport. It would be convenient if the private villa have it’s own pool too. We bought fish outside and enjoyed grilled fish for lunch before checking out. We also bought some local harvest from the farm. We will definitely go back. This is very ideal for small family or groups. Before checking out, we planned to stay again for another night since we enjoyed, we just wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately i checked the app and it’s not available anymore. We hope to be back soon! Thank you to our host for sharing your place with us. Definitely a 5 star stay 👌🏻

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

The reviews are true. Sir Daryl and Sir Danny were truly amazing hosts. As soon as you step in at their property, you don’t have to worry about anything since all listed amenities were readily available. I also appreciate Sir Danny’s willingness to help when we forgot to bring rice, he gave us some from their stock. Truly, it’s the small things that count.

location: when you want to be surrounded by nature, then this is one great place. price: a very friendly rate. services: food can be ordered, from breakfast to dinner and in between. leisure activities like boating, fishing and island hopping is offered. swim pools and game rooms were all available for all ages. pets are allowed. accommodation: staying at King's Landing is like having the nature as your backdrop at your parent's place. protected from the weather, yet free enough to enjoy everything. amenities: we would have swam in the small lake but we just ran out of time. a 3-day stay would be nice. Tilapia fish could be ordered in the morning, so that was nice too. island hopping was something that we also missed. so we will do that next time. staff: very friendly and accommodating. they are visible whenever you need something. Tents are cozy, clean and private enough. suggestions: ✓ the menu could be laminated and be inside the tents, with a number to send message to, so we can readily order. numbers can also be placed beside tents for easy references. ✓birthday/anniversary packages (like decorations inside or outside the tent,.food packages) offers. ✓souvenir items perhaps?

Great place to stay if you want to disconnect. Surrounded by lush rainforest and only a stone’s throw away from Naculo falls.

Sulit stay. Nagenjoy kame sa pool which is warm until we checked out, there’s nothing to worry kahit ilang hrs magbabad yung kids sa pool, hindi maginaw. More than 20 pax kaya sa rooms, I think 5 to 6 queen size beds meron each rooms. Sobrang bait ng caretaker.

My family and I had a great time in this place! The whole area is more aesthetic in person than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking and the rooms are very comfy and spacious.
