The Mainz-Kastel train station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.

Bei uns erwartet dich eine kleine Unterkunft mitten im wunderschönen Weindorf Schwabenheim an der Selz. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Aufgang vom Innenhof aus und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Rundherum befinden sich tolle Weingüter, die gerade im Frühling und Sommer zu vielen Festen einladen. Auch für Wanderer und Radfahrer ist Schwabenheim ein Paradies. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ferienwohnung aus kann man schon in wunderschöne Wandertouren starten.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt zentral im von Weinbergen umgebenen Grünstadt, oberhalb unseres Geschäftes "Das Stoffatelier", direkt angrenzend an die Fußgängerzone. Von hier aus lässt sich gut die Gegend erkunden. Mit Auto, Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell im nächsten Weindorf. Durch die zentrale Lage an der Fußgängerzone erreicht man schnell zu Fuß verschiedenste Geschäfte und Lokalitäten. Eine Touristinfo ist ca. 100 Meter entfernt.

The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg). Free parking at the weekend.
