Home in the Village

Relax at this peaceful & safe home right in the heart of Canfield. A simple but nice home to stay while you visit family or enjoy the surroundings and local events. Especially now with our reduced rates on this fixer upper. We did some remodeling in mid ‘24 but it’s a work in progress. That said, it’s cozy and close to bike trails, restaurants and a major highway but it lacks a dishwasher, ceiling fans, upstairs laundry and an updated kitchen. But that’s why the price is where it’s at.

Located in the Mahoning Commons neighborhood, a growing artist and theater district. The studio is situated in a late 19th century former city school, now home to the Calvin Center for the Arts. We are a multi purpose facility that has a gymnasium and theater company.
