The house is very big, clean and comfortable. There are two apartments with separate entrance (one downstairs, and one upstrairs). The apartments are very good equiped, the one downstairs has washing machine. The garden is big, with playground for kids,place for bonfire, two big terrace and big arbor with place for barbecue. The garden has lots of trees, which gives nice shadow during summer days. The house is very close to the beach, which is maybe not very big, but nice, clean and free. Around the beach, there are several restaurants.

Great goulash

Wir wurden von Bences Eltern sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab Wein, Wasser und Saft zur Begrüßung. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas oberhalb von Fonyod in einer bergigen Gegend. Man hat das gesamte Haus sowie den schönen Garten mit schattenspenden Bäumen ganz für sich alleine. Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück bietet gleichzeitig einen Parkplatz. Die Küche ist sehr modern eingerichtet und komplett (außer einer Geschirrspülmaschine) ausgestattet. Alle Basics wie Salz, Gewürze etc. sind vorhanden. Das Bad ist sauber und mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Dusche ist ebenerdig. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind für 2 Personen ein wenig schmal aber ansonsten gut. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer hatte ein paar Bildprobleme, wird aber jetzt erneuert. Die Klimaanlage läuft leise im Hintergrund. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir können das "Eden" Restaurant, Gambero Etterem und Szölöskert Vendeglö empfehlen.

Nice little house with a great garden and a gazebo where we spent most of our time. The train is not too loud, we got used to it very quickly. The house is located very close to everything so it's easy to get the shopping done or to walk down to the beach. There is a huge market, which is held twice a week. All within walking distance. If there is a festival or a bigger music event, you can listen to it from the garden. No need to buy a ticket. :) Zita was very helpful, she and her colleague were always available when we needed them.

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Die Kinder konnten zusammen spielen und hatten jede Menge Spaß. Es ist alles vorhanden. Plantschbecken für die Kinder, Sandkasten, Rutsche, Grill für die Erwachsenen, genug Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten,… einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist klasse. Waren mit zwei Familien und einem Freund dort. Genug Platz zum schlafen und auch zum spielen und Kochen. Alles sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Melinda und ihre Familie haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles.

Man kann nur sagen, Super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Besser geht es nicht.

This house is simply beautiful & we had a fantastic 10 nights here with my partner and our two children (ages 13 & 6) in August 2024. We absolutely loved how beautifully presented the house was and the attention to detail from the host Monika & Varan was unforgettable. The decor was spectacular We would have loved air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs (it is currently downstairs only) but the fans upstairs did help with the hot nights. The privacy of the place is priceless and it’s proximity to nearby town Bjelovar (approx 8-10 mins by car) is incredibly handy for groceries and delicious restaurants. We absolutely loved lazing by the pool , looking over the enormous garden that the house has and surrounded by nature. It’s simply a beautiful place. Vila je prekrasna, kao i na slikama. Oduševilo nas je što smo pri dolasku dobili platu i bile su pripremljene stvari za jelo i higijenu (namazi, toast, tijesto, četkice za zube...) (Svejedno, uzmite i svoju hranu da Vam ne bi uzfalilo). Domaćin je bio pristojan i fleksibilan. Jedino što nije bilo dobro je to što oglas ovdje ima kompanija Novasol i kada smo poslije rezervacije pitali kakav je aparat za kavu i koje kapsule koristi dobili smo odgovor da ne znaju. Srećom, aparat za kavu je bio na zrna kave i napunjen :). Mi smo dobili broj od domaćina dan prije puta i s njim je sve okej, ali ako imate kakva pitanja prije toga, imate osjećaj da pričate o kući s nekim tko zna o kući koliko i vi.
