Maghreb : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

De link via maps was niet accuraat bij mij, heb Moha moeten bellen om duidelijke instructies te krijgen. De heuvel die je moet oprijden is een pittig ritje, zijn volop bezig om de baan te herstellen. Eenmaal aan de woning werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de dames. Aangezien we de eerste klanten waren mochten we zelf ons appartement uitkiezen. Rachid heeft ons onmiddellijk een tasje thee en koekjes gegeven, samen met de nodige uitleg van de omgeving en een rondleiding van de woning. Op het dakterras heb je een subliem uitzicht van Chefchaouen. Het appartement is zoals de foto, voorzien van al het nodige. Het avondmaal hebben we ter plaatse genoten, een lekkere tajine. De volgende ochtend werd het ontbijt geserveerd op het dakterras. Rachid en de dames stonden steeds klaar voor eventuele vragen of wensen. Ondanks de pittige helling, zou ik zo terug kunnen gaan naar de blue house.

Mit einem Wort: Perfekt! Eine der besten AirBnB-Erfahrungen, die wir je hatten. Perfekt sauber, wohlriechende Bettwäsche/Handtücher, hervorragend ausgestattet, viele hilfreiche Details und liebevoll ausgewählte Produkte als Aufmerksamkeit. Es ist absolut ruhig im Haus, es liegt durchaus abgelegen, erreichbar über eine gut fahrbare Piste. Highlight ist ganz klar der beheizte Pool. Dank der Umzäunung ist er privat und auch windgeschützt. Herrlich! Wir haben es sehr genossen - auch dank Maria, die im wahrsten Wortsinn ein Superhost ist.

Esperienza meravigliosa. Prima ancora di iniziare il soggiorno Claudio si è dimostrato attento e pronto nelle risposte. L'accoglienza di Valerio è stata impeccabile, sempre disponibile, ricco di indicazioni e suggerimenti, il suo sorriso e gentilezza ci hanno fatte sentire a casa. Appena entri nella proprietà ti senti in vacanza: l'atmosfera è di relax totale e ogni particolare è curato con grande attenzione. C'è il giardino con alberi di limoni e piante grasse, la piscina con lettini e ombrellone, il bbq, la veranda, un patio sul retro con vista sui mandorleti e il grandissimo terrazzo arredato sul tetto con vista a 360° sulla campagna e fino al mare. La casa è accogliente, pulita e non manca di nulla. La cucina è rifornita con tante pentole e stoviglie. Molto apprezzata la presenza di acqua, caffè, zucchero, sale, condimenti, scottex e carta igienica. Si dorme benissimo grazie ai letti molto comodi, l'aria condizionata e il silenzio che circonda la proprietà. Torneremo sicuramente!

Una semana de desconexion perfecta rodeados de naturaleza.

The house was lovely : well located , super comfortable with everything you needed even a Smeg fridge in the kitchen !! A 2 minute walk to the local supermarket and just 15 mins into town made it a great place to stay. We had our dog with us so the beach just 5 mins into town the car away was fantastic every morning and evening - dogs allowed on the beach in winter time ! We also warm sunny weather even though it was February. A great stay - highly recommend

J’ai passé un très bon séjour avec ma maman. Nous avons même vue le volcan en activité depuis le jardin et nous pouvions avoir des oranges et citron du jardin. Idéal pour venir en famille

We loved this accommodation. Everything was perfect for us - well-equipped accommodation in a beautiful, peaceful area with stunning views and private parking at the door. A delight to sit outside in the evening and watch birds landing on the wires across the road - lucky enough to see a kestrel and a woodchat shrike there as well as the turtle doves. Thanks for a great stay!

This apartment is great for a couple of days and two people as it is quite small. You should be aware of the three flights of stairs it takes to get into the apartment. The beach is less than 10 min walk away, as well as many great veggie friendly restaurants. The Appartement is in a House with other families but we did not mind the occasional noise from downstairs. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and super polite.

Endroit magnifique ! Nous avons passé un super séjour, au calme. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut pour être bien. Bruno et sa femme sont adorables et aux petits soins.

Patricia und Peter sind wirkliche Gastgeber, wie man sie nicht mehr so oft findet! Der Empfang ist super herzlich und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Patricia hat zahlreiche Tipps für die Umgebung, egal ob Restaurants, Wanderungen, Ausflugsziele etc. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es gibt zahlreiche kleine Orte, Terrassen und gemütliche Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten zum Verweilen und Entspannen. Dadurch hat man auch wenn beide Studios gebucht sind, sehr viel Privatsphäre und Rückzugsorte. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und der infinity Pool sehr gepflegt. Die Haustiere (Hund, Katzen) sind sehr lieb und zutraulich, aber in keiner Weise aufdringlich. Competa ist ein charmanter Ort mit einigen schönen Restaurants und man kann auch gute Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung machen (Nerja, Málaga, etc). Vor allem werden wir unseren Aufenthalt aufgrund der herzlichen und freundschaftlichen Art von Patricia nicht vergessen. Danke für alles und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tollen Terrassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber in der Reserva de Marbella war hervorragend: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell auf alle Nachrichten. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Ohne Auto ist die Lage sehr schwierig, da viele Dinge nur mit dem Auto gut erreichbar sind.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen und die Wohnung war tip top. Alles war so wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und der einzige kleine negative Punkt ist die stark befahrene Straße, die man aber beim geschlossenen Fenster nicht hört (und auch nur zum Zimmer nach vorne raus im 5. Stock). Da wir aber sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren hat es uns nicht gestört und im Küchenbereich bzw. dem Whirlpool (6. Stock) hört man die Straße kaum noch. Die Woche war super und die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Man ist schnell auf der Fähre nach Gozo und auch in den Süden bzw. nach Valletta haben wir nur ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto gebraucht. Parkplatz war auch kein Problem und der Sonnenaufgang vom Whirlpool aus ist einfach genial. Danke an Kevin für die Unterstützung.

Logement agréable, proche de la plage et des services (supermarchés, restaurants, transports en commun...), bien équipé. Grande terrasse ensoleillée très agréable. Parking privatif fermé. Ricardo est très réactif et attentif à toutes les remarques pour garantir un bon séjour à ses hôtes.

This was such a great get away for me and my wife. Great accommodation, location, golf course walks, and we can highly recommend the 19th Hole restaurant a short walk away!. Stella was so helpful, and accommodating. The communication was great, we felt at home as soon as we walked into the apartment.. There’s no doubt we’ll be back, we love Tenerife!

Andrea's apartment was ideal for our holiday in Malta. Everything about the property felt very clean & new and it all matched the photos. Having three balconies off of the main rooms was a treat & easy to catch some sun during the day. It was great being at the top of the building and there was a nice view. We got a bus from the airport and the apartment was a short walk from the bus stop. I would maybe advise a taxi if you have large luggage on wheels as the pavements are very uneven. We took a pleasant walk down to the waterfront most evenings for food or drink and there are grocery stores nearby. All communications with Andrea were clear and he provided a very informative and concise welcome booklet.

Mijn gezin(man, vrouw, 2 kids van 5 en 8) hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Het is niet al te groot maar voor 4 man prima. Zwembaden zijn groot en er zijn ligbedden voldoende. Het is een paar minuten lopen naar de restaurants en het strand. Er zijn voldoende (strand)handdoeken beschikbaar. We hebben mooie uitstapjes gemaakt naar plaatsjes in de buurt. Als ik 1 punt van aandacht zou mogen geven dan zou een klein boekje/foldertje met wat advies over goede restaurantjes in de buurt en leuke activiteiten en tips een leuk pluspunt zijn. Er zitten hele grote verschillen in prijs en kwaliteit van de restaurants in de buurt en zonde als je bij de verkeerde binnen stapt. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij Valentino en Fernando op loopafstand. En daarnaast goed gegeten bij Sol&Luna in Puerto de Mogan. Daarnaast is het leuk om de ferry te pakken naar Mogan of Puerto Rico. Dit kost weinig en je kan vlakbij opstappen.

I stayed here with 5 other friends, and it ticked all the boxes we needed. The location was close to the airport and other places you would go to. The only thing to note is the hill is super steep, and we actually got a taxi back up but that isnt an issue.

Nuestra estancia ha sido 10 estrellas . Ben ha sido amable, cercano y profesional. El apartamento increíble, perfecto, con unas vistas desde la doble terraza espectaculares. Sin duda un lugar con emplazamiento idílico y nuestra opción número uno si volvemos a La Alcaidesa. Gracias Ben!

It was great time , great place and great Rui. Apartment really clean and has everything that you can need. We have breakfast at home( all equipment at your service), for lunch and dinner we choose every time different restaurant and enjoy best food . Beach just couple minute away. Spain and Portugal was so nice even at off season time. We think our vacation in Manta Rota at Rui's apartment was good idea, hope to do this again!

Le logement de Daniel bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle notamment à partir de la chambre. La description est tout à fait conforme à la réalité et on trouve toutes les commodités de la vie courante ; l'appartement est très bien pourvu ; rien ne manque. Daniel a été super pendant tout le séjour ; il a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions et nous a beaucoup aidé tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons très fortement son logement.

Miravel, La Cala, is a special place. We were met by the lovely Jani who was so helpful in showing us around. Communication from both Paul the owner and Paul the property manager was first class. We relaxed instantly. The pictures depict exactly what you get and the beds, sofas, etc are of excellent quality and very comfortable. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need for a self catering holiday. It is also well positioned for the local restaurants. This is definitely a home from home and well cared for. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the driving range hearing the gentle click of club v ball was so relaxing. We all felt like Peter Allis commentating on individual swing styles! Surprisingly there are several kestrels nesting nearby and the air displays only added to the general feeling of peace and relaxation. We played all 3 courses at La Cala plus one other during our 5 day stay. The apartment is immediately next to the driving range with a shu

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, ruhig und gut gelegen und bestens ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, auf dem kleinen Südbalkon konnten wir morgens in der Sonne das Frühstück genießen. Nachmittags gab es eine tolle Sitzgelegenheit im Aussenbereich auf der Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Strand sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Trotz einer verspäteten Ankunft hat uns Keith persönlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war klasse, Keith war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Praktisch war dass er uns auch eine Garage zur Verfügung stellen konnte. Die Wohnung war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge auf Malta und Gozo und zum gemütlichen Erholen danach. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

A lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. Esther and Pascal were incredibly attentive at Check In - were there if we needed them (although we didn't) friendly, helpful and made us feel really welcome. The roof terrace was large and had beautiful views, the kitchen was well equipped, spotlessly clean and the living/dining area was very spacious and comfortable. A superb shower in the bathroom. A little noisy from the road but then this is understandable being the right side to get to the beach. Location is good for walking to the port otherwise a car is needed but there is generous car parking and the block is gated so felt safe.
