Nice place to stay close to everything that we wanted the host very nice

The house is tucked away at the end of lovely street, and it feels cozy and safe. When I leave, it it easy to follow the checking-out instructions, so there's no hassle at all. Alyson and James have always been easy to communicate with! I will Definitely return!!!

Samuel is a warm and communicative host. The accommodations were as described, and even nicer than expected. The extra touches like bottled water, a few snacks and coffee pods were appreciated. We had space to relax and enjoy meals together, and the three bedrooms were perfect for the three of us. This location was a good home base as we toured Detroit. We will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Detroit. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

We stayed at Gheorghe’s home during our son’s UM graduation week. We were only there for sleeping and coffee/breakfast in the mornings, but it was great for our needs. The drive from Ann Arbor was short and easy and worth it for the better price than rentals closer to UM.

We stayed here for a week with our baby. Love how family-friendly the hosts and space were. It’s peaceful, quiet, and cozy! The washer/dryer was especially helpful and worked really well. The location is great, we walked to the little downtown area every single day. The internet is on the slow side, so you might have a hard time if you’re working remotely and/or have video calls. Overall, we had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend this place.

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

Paul was such a sweetheart for me and my fiancé’s anniversary- he congratulated us, helped me out with any misunderstandings I had about the place and he made it a comfortable experience for both of us. I absolutely will staying with Paul once I go back up to Canada in a few weeks.

Beautiful room. Just what I needed for a one night stay. Wish I could have had the time to enjoy the outdoor sitting area and swings. Did not feel like you were just off the main road. Coco immediately answered all my messages and kept me informed on being able to check in slightly early before a function I had so I wasn't trying to find the place in the dark afterwards. The bed was comfortable, the coffee great and the bathroom was very modern. There was no hair conditioner or body lotion, so keep that in mind when you're packing your toiletries. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is amazing, close to the DIA and there are great restaurants not even a block away. Check out the Barcade. The flat is very spacious and has a lot of character.

Kathy was a very accommodating host and the place was clean, peaceful and the garden was beautiful. Kitchen was very well stocked and there were a lot of windows for natural light. Parking was also very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. Would love to stay again!

We had a pleasant stay, just a couple small quirks to the place we didn't anticipate, maybe I didn't read the listing close enough, but host was responsive and friendly. Perks were it's a spacious stay and has a comfortable bed. TV and fireplace are nice. Quirks are is a first floor apartment complex with a tenant above and there were banging noises above that kept waking us up. Host responded they'd ask the neighbor to keep down the noise, a great option, however the noise kept happening seemingly every time we tried to sleep. Bath towels are located under the bed in a plastic drawer, which isn't correct from the description given "in dresser" and there were no towels in the bathroom initially, which really confused us. The shower is well water based and has a horrible odor, not much the host can do about this but it made showering quite uncomfortable. I still rated 5 stars due to these being minor quirks, overall the stay was peaceful.

She was incredibly responsive and even had new AC units put in for us during our stay. Great restaurants and coffee spots nearby. Overall highly recommend!!

Morgan and their co-host were great. They were responsive, had great suggestions for around the area. The place matched the pictures perfectly and it was easy to check in and check out. A great place to stay and one worth staying at again.

The herald was such a chic condo with lots of character. The layout and interior design of the space was perfection. I highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Holly.

One of our best Airbnb stays! The location is perfect, you can walk to a variety of restaurants and shops and there is a playground nearby. Everything was clean and Jason was great to work with. Would definitely stay again!

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! Excellent location to ball park, arena, and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds and all other furniture was very comfy. Most notably, Sean was an incredible host. Provided an excellent digital guidebook as soon as booking was made. Was immediately responsive to any messages sent. Best of all, provided extra amenities within the condo which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming into Detroit!
