This was our second stay here. The hosts are helpful and friendly. The house is perfect: well stocked, very clean, great location and amazing pool that our kids love. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Our stay was awesome! Second home stays was so helpful with check in and any questions/ anything we needed! House is so beautifully decorated with plenty of room and has everything you need- pool, hot tub, games, movie room, and more. We loved the cold plunge! The house also was stocked with coffee, sunscreen, all of the amenities we didn’t expect but were greatly appreciated. Less than 10 min from the beach and not too far from downtown St. Pete and Clearwater!

We only had a couple of days here bolted on at the end of a hectic week of Cheer competitions at the world champs. Great place to wind down before heading home. Sadie’s house is in a fantastic neighbourhood, quiet, yet close to the beach. It is also perfect for just staying in, using the patio and pool to relax and chat with family. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time with the family at Karolina‘s house and would book it again. Especially the pool and playroom was awesome for our kids. To enjoy beautiful sunsets on Honeymoon Island was a highlight for the complete family and we also enjoyed all the stores and restaurants nearby. Communicating with Karolina worked fantastic and in a very quickly. Our family had a great time at this house and we can recommend this house to any family who is looking for an awesome vacation experience!

With 4 kids and 2 adults we definitely enjoyed the space. The kids loved having the pool to play in. The host were great and easy to communicate with.

This home is so welcoming and cozy! Its in a nice quiet neighborhood and it was so lovely to enjoy coffee on the porch in the garden every morning. Caroline is an attentive and wonderful host.

Hosts were super nice & responsive. We locked ourselves out by accident and they were able to help super fast. The place was clean. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay this week at Indian Rocks Beach!! The area is less congested than Clearwater while still having ample restaurants, beautiful beaches, plenty of shopping, and lots to do. Clearwater is just a short drive away with many more options as well! As far as the unit goes, it was clean, as pictured/described, perfect for families (we traveled with our 7 month old and were thankful for the included pack n play!), has an amazing (warm!!) pool, and is close enough to the beach that you can easily walk. The amenities included made it an easy stay without the need to run the beach stores and buy items to only be used a handful of times (floaties for the pool including an infant floatie, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, etc.). While the building itself has 4 units, you still get a sense of privacy (in fact most of the time we had the pool to ourselves!!). The park nearby was an additional bonus and the neighborhood is very walk/runable if desired. 10/10!!

Lovely cute little apartment very close to a lot of places. The beach is super close to it. Very comfy and affordable. looking forward to stay here again one day.

We had a great stay at this very clean, comfortable home. Really nice neighborhood to walk close to the water with beautiful views and by the marinas.. Quiet area. Walked to Orange St. for good food at Molly Goodheads and Ozona Pig. Live music at the brewery was fun. 20 minute drive to Tarpon Springs. Niko's Grill has delicious fresh, authentic Greek food and the National Bakery is excellent for Greek bread and cookies. Dunedin Main St. is about 12 minutes away, nice to walk around. Carvor's Fish House has delicious, fresh seafood! Also had amazing fresh sushi at Seawhip Sushi Bar in Dunedin. Honeymoon Island is a very nice beach with lots of shells. We will definitely be back!

I would need more than 1000 characters to describe this place and how wonderful it is and the owner and her family and the people that you communicate with are fabulous. It looks just like it’s pictures even better in person. The beach is literally a block away and you don’t have to worry about bringing any of your beach gear with you. They have chairs they have umbrellas. They have wheels. They have everything. It’s so amazing that I am already booking my trip for next year and you should look at her other places as well. They’re great.

The place was great! It was private and quiet, while still being super close to the downtown area. The patio was very nice. The hosts left super clear instructions on access to the property. It was the perfect place for a one night stay in St. Pete.

We had a lovely few days stay-what a secluded little Oasis. The apartment had all the amenities we required. The pool and hot tub was a bonus and was lovely to just sit around and just relax. Dunedin is a very nice place to visit with lots of quality places to eat

We enjoyed our stay in one of the Cabins near Lake Seminole. The evenings at the dock were peaceful. These cabins are located in a trailer park and the community was quiet. The Cabins were actually purchased from Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort as Disney is upgrading with new cabins. The cabin was comfortable and functional. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Very easy check in and out process. Owner was responsive to all questions. Pretty place on the lake.

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cabin is a cute hidden gem and and we enjoyed our time here! They had free Netflix/hulu and checkout was a breeze. (No complicated checkout “binder” asking you to do a bunch of things like some annoying Airbnbs I’ve had in the past)!

Jays place was very cozy and comfy. The view off the front porch of #406 was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and enjoy a cocktail in the evening. He was very responsive and everything was available that was listed. I would stay again if I end back up in Seminole.

I frequently stay at Airbnbs when I travel and Miss Ruby and the surrounding land and trees and lake where so beautiful, much more beautiful than the pictures demonstate. Judi is so helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved every aspect of my three night stay, the outside shower is amazing, and the camper is so cozy. The lake is stunning. A true nature lovers retreat. I highly recommend staying at Judi's Miss Ruby or Cozy Suite. Thank you Judi, beautiful home and guest quarters for people like me who love to travel and have different experiences. She thought of everything guests may need. we loved our stay so much we wish we could live in it full time. We had everything we needed and more. instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would stay again in the future. Area is super quiet and private as well.

I stayed here for about 7 weeks on sabbatical. It was a wonderful, rejuvenating experience. The cabin is cozy and serene. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The lake was a 30 second walk away. Less than a 15 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the grocery store, tons of restaurants nearby. Any issues were promptly addressed and Jay went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would come back in a heartbeat.
