We had a great time at Petros's lovely house in Pyla with its private pool. Everything was as described, with the kitchen being particularly well equipped. The pool and the area surrounding the pool was clean, with plenty of inflatable pool toys to keep us amused. (I would perhaps suggest that a couple more sunbeds would be appropriate, considering the size of the property)? Our only issue was a lack of water on two days, however this was apparently general to the area and was no fault of Petros, who was extremely willing to send a plumber to us, if necessary. All in all, we enjoyed a brilliant holiday in Cyprus and would highly recommend the house and the friendly efficiency of our host, Petros.

We all loved our stay at Silk Tree Villa (4 adults and 3 children). Plenty of space, pool, garden and well equipped. The village has a great bakery, restaurant within walking distance plus supermarkets a short drive away. The location was perfect for us to travel to the Troodos foothills, Cape Grecko, the main towns, Kiti and the beautiful village of Lefkara. A great place to stay - we hope to be back!

Beautiful house with a lovely garden area and pool. Perfect location for exploring Larnaca and just 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Tony was a fantastic host, very helpful and always responded promptly. Any minor issues that we had (weather related), Tony dealt with swiftly. The property was as pictured and was very comfortable. It is clear that Tony takes great pride in his property and rightly so. An all round great experience and would recommend Tony’s property to friends and family.

Piękny dom w przepięknym miejscu. Blisko restauracje, plaże. Basen rewelacyjny! Gospodarz pozwolil nam został dłużej z uwagi na godzinę odlotu samolotu za co dziękujemy. Okolica spokojna, kameralna. Do centrum Larnaki autobus nr 340 jedzie 25 min. Gorąco polecam

Stefanie & Enya’s team are beyond amazing! 4 of us really enjoyed our stay. We appreciate that Enya is kindhearted, thoughtful & personally made us all feel welcome. Will definitely consider their Airbnb again when we’re in the area :) Thank you

Das Haus war sehr sauber und uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Info an diejenigen, die trotz Urlaub, manchmal arbeiten müssen Das WLAN hat eine gute Bandbreite und ist im ganzen Haus gut verfügbar. Die Lage ist ideal, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig, und dass, obwohl der Flughafen in der Nähe ist. Zum Strand geht man 5min und kann lange Spaziergänge unternehmen. Obwohl wir Lina nicht persönlich getroffen, war sie immer erreichbar und hat rasch geantwortet.

We verblijven de laatste 3 jaar jaarlijks in deze heerlijke villa voor ontspanning en familiebezoek. Heerlijk rustige plek met alles wat je nodig hebt en tegelijk dichtbij luchthaven, kiti en ook ben je snel op weg als je naar een van de steden wilt. Ook oudere kinderen vermaken zich prima met zwembad en pooltafel. Veel plekken buiten in zon en schaduw waar je lekker kunt zitten/liggen. De schommelbank en hangmat zijn bij onze jongste favoriet. Verse eitjes en vers fruit in overvloed. Deze villa leent zich ook prima voor 2 kleine gezinnen of een vriendengroep. Voor ons is het fijn hier dat familie kan langskomen. De host en zijn vrouw zijn erg hartelijk in de ontvangst en reageren snel op vragen.

To był wspaniale spędzony czas pod kazdym względem ! Ludzie których spotkaliśmy, miejsca w których bylismy , miesjce w którym spędziliśmy czas i mieszkalismy - to wszystko złożyło się na niezapomniane krótkie wakacje.

קבלת הפנים החמה והידידותית של בריאן הפכה את ההגעה לדירה לחוויה נעימה ומרגיעה, עם תחושה של בית מהרגע הראשון. המיקום המושלם, במרחק נגיעה מהחוף, אפשר ליהנות מהנוף המרהיב של הים, משב הרוח המלוח ומהיכולת לקפוץ למים בכל רגע. הקיאקים הוסיפו ממד של התרגשות וכיף, עם הזדמנויות לחתור במים, לגלות מפרצונים נסתרים ולחוות את הים באופן פעיל ומרגש. האווירה הכללית בדירה הייתה חמימה ומזמינה, עם עיצוב או פרטים קטנים שגרמו להרגיש בנוח ולהתחבר למקום. השילוב של קרבת הים והאפשרות להירגע בדירה יצר תחושה של שלווה ושחרור, מושלמת לחופשה. החוויה כולה, מהאירוח של בריאן ועד הפעילויות הימיות, השאירה זיכרונות מתוקים ורצון לחזור שוב.

Много путешествуем и всегда снимаем вилы. Поэтому сравнить есть с чем. Вилла Лесли - место с душой, с которого очень неохотно уезжали. Очень уютная, на ней есть все и даже больше, что вам может пригодиться. В холодильнике были вино, яйца,сыр и фрукты чтобы сразу не бежать магазин. Вилла находиться в конце закрытого поселка, идеальное место, чтобы убежать от людей и суеты. Мы были в середине октября, людей на всей пляжной линии было штук 5. Ах да! То, что нас беспокоило при выборе виллы, соседство с аэропортом. Мы его даже не заметили. Но это очень удобно для тех, кто арендует машину. Не так долго из аэропорта мучиться с рулем не с той стороны и ездой по встречке) Маленькая сказка для жителей мегаполиса. Обязательно вернемся и будем советовать. Очень благодарим хозяйку за гостеприимство.

Eine sehr große und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Pool. Maria hat immer schnell geantwortet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche müsste etwas Besteck und Utensilien nachgerüstet werden, aber wir kamen dennoch gut klar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Отличный огромный дом. Когда дети впервые оказались в нем, то спросили, не живем ли мы в музее - гостиная полная книг, правда на русском всего пару было, мы добавили в нее детективчик. Каждая из комнат оборудована кондиционером, так что пережить жаркий август оказалось несложно. Места навалом, чтобы всем в доме найти уединение или наоборот собраться большой компанией и не толкать друг друга локтями. Понравилось большое кол-во уборных - не было очереди в душ, но уличный душ с небольшим напором. Моющие средства для машинки есть, для посудомойки надо покупать самим. Есть мыло и куча полотенец. Одиссей встречал нас с фруктами, напитками, вкуснейшим оливковым маслом (+молоко в холодильнике). Также в шкафчиках были специи, уксус, соль, сахар, чай, кофе. Огромный выбор посуды. Вообщем, по приезду мы немного перекусили и поехали на пляж. Не советую соваться на пляж в Ларнаке - платный паркинг и неглубокое море. В платном паркинге надо платить монетами, иногда мелкими. Очень понравился СессакБич пляж на военной базе, а также CTO beach, до которых добираться по времени столько же. Парковка там бесплатна, а места много. В основном закупались в Лидл или в местном, рядом с домой супермаркете - очень рекомендую мороженное c мастикой (необычно и незабываемо). Одиссей постоянно угощал нас инжиром и был готов на решение любых вопросов, которые у нас появлялись. Электричество, как и бензин кусаются ценами. За 2 недели мы потратили 80 евро на электричество, но без кондиционеров там не выжить в это время года.

We liked rather remote location, limited traffic, very close to stony and wild beach. Backyard is much bigger then we anticipated from photos, very convienant for those with kids. Nice friendly cats were regular guests, again cool for kids. House was well equipped, we did not need anything to bring (like a toillette paper mentioned in previous reviews). There was a washing machine (not included into description). Overall, great value for money. For Gleb: check the lock of the door. Sometimes the key just keeps turning around without unlocking. Also suggest to include a photo from the roundabout, which house is yours.

The stay was amazing, it is better than expected when you just look at the photos, the pool is suprisingly big and about 6 feet deep on the deep end bit. One thing is the area is very quiet theres a 24 hours shop 3min drive away called just baked. You will need to get some sort of vehicle to get around 100% cabs can become costly even if split amongst 3. Getting a car was worth it the place and area feels really safe and not needing to worry about everything. We was able to travel the whole of cyprus throughout our 1 week stay so don’t be put off by its location it is in the middle of everything.

We had a great stay at Giorgos Villa. The house is quite spacious and with a large pool. Giorgos was very responsive and helpful host; he tried to solve any problem that we had during our stay and flexible in checking in and out that was very helpful for the kids. Recommended.

Everything was perfect, I’ll come again!

The house was lovely and clean, with air con in every room and all the utilities you could hope for. The pool is clean and heated, and there is private access to the beach at the end of the road. The hotel next door has facilities that can be used by non-guests, including a spa. There is a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside for trips further afield. All in all, a lovely house in a great location.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Zypern sehr genossen. Andreas Haus loegt nah am Strand und man ist in 1 min. am Wasser. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Besonders die Badezimmer sind sehr modern renoviert. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great place to stay, amazing views. We were lucky the field in front of the house were lush and green. Nice coastal walks, great restaurants along the path, both Enalia and Theta had really nice food with traditional and fusion options. The house is very well equipped with labels on switches which makes a lot of difference in a rental. The place is very quiet day and night. we really liked the open plan living dining space.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce lieu face à la mer, sa tranquillité et son environnement verdoyant. Andreas s’est montré toujours réactif à nos demandes et nous a donné tous les informations utiles pour faciliter notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location !

My family and I had a lovely week at this house. The place is much bigger than the pictures show and the host is really helpful and friendly. Kids loved picking oranges and looking for lizards in the large garden. You'll need a car to get around, but you are a short drive from everything you need and only 15mins from airport which made life really easy when heading home. We hope to come back again in the future
