The 2 minute walk from the back door through forest trail will bring you to the rustic tidal beach with a steel fire pit, always check local restrictions

The Property is located in Braeshore and just a short walk away from Pictou Lodge. Access to Graham's Pond and close to Caribou Park, beaches and walking trails. Spacious accommodations with a great view and place to relax outside and enjoy the nice weather. Quiet neighborhood with over an acre of land and plenty of privacy. Private entrance and plenty of space to park. Great area to kayak or canoe (equipment provided for a fee). No pets allowed. Please read house rules before booking.

Earth & Aircrete Dome Home

Creative, unique, cozy and inspiring. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, stay warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove and has an outdoor composting toilet. We also offer professional massage / reiki treatments as well as fresh vegetables and free range eggs.

Woodland Homestead Apt *New Beds*

Our property is a private & homey spot for those craving a taste of the country but still want to be close to amenities of Pictou. New updates to the unit include new bedroom flooring, new beds, & new refrigerator. Animals on property! Golden Retrievers, chickens, ducks, bunny rabbit & cats. 5-10 min drive to: Pictou, Sobeys, beach, Caribou-PEI Ferry, walk/bike trail. *Please note the 2nd bedroom is ONLY accessible through the first bedroom. The 3rd Bed is a double size pull out couch*

Miracles on Polly - Memory Lane Cabin

Inspired by Mother Goose, or the figures one holds dear. A place for her to rest after a long fairy tale journey. A place to remember and cherish her mementos and treasures she has collected along the way. A cabin and space that embraces both creativity and comfort. Filled with antiques and refurbished furniture, pianos, and organs. This is our third cabin we have installed on our four acre property. There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

Riverside Cottage (with heated pool Mid Jun -Sept)

Cottage sits right alongside of the West River of Pictou and has a heated swimming pool—weather permitting. Very quiet and private. Couples/Singles only. Free use of the onsite canoe or kayaks. There is a private firepit onsite which can be used when the government burn restrictions permit, and a private deck with a bbq. There is also an above ground heated pool shared with the owners. Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom cottage, complete with heat pump, dishwasher, washer & dryer (free), and BBQ. Enjoy a river side deck as well as a floating dock (May to November) in the river channel (deep enough for most boats and perfect for kayaking or canoeing or swimming).
