Hawthorns Cottage, in the heart of the New Forest.

Hawthorns Cottage is located down a quiet path in the pretty village of Pikes Hill, on the edge of Lyndhurst. The cosy cottage has been recently renovated, and has lovely light rooms with plenty of period features. It's in a quiet location, with easy access to the amazing New Forest countryside, as well as being close to the amenities in Lyndhurst - including pubs, tea rooms, gift shops, restaurants, takeaways, bus tours and the New Forest visitor centre. A really great location for a holiday.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepard's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

Set in the heart of the New Forest in the idyllic location of Swan Green, our quaint cottage is within walking distance of the picturesque town of Lyndhurst. With direct access to many forest walks, spend your days walking, cycling or just relaxing and watching the horses graze in front of the cottage. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed together with a day bed that opens to two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, kitchen and a 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by.

Bramblings, New Forest cottage by the green

Bramblings is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.

In an unspoiled part of the New Forest, deer roam through the gardens, a short walk from three wonderful pubs and the open forest itself. It's a great setting from which to explore, although with a well equipped kitchen and cosy woodburner, you may not venture anywhere!
