We were exhausted from travel, needed a place to crash and dreaded a dirty hotel room. After a quick search, this little jewel popped up and so glad it did! They have turned a tiny spot into a high end stay. We were so impressed! The bathroom is amazing, the bed was so comfortable and the quick visit with the goats and kitties were just a few highlights. We will be back!

This was our second stay in the “Sisters Cabin”, and just like our first in 2022, it did not disappoint! Located on a bluff in bucolic, sylvan Monteagle, TN, this is a quiet, restful retreat that features super-comfortable beds, killer sunsets and views and a lovely covered back porch. Colene and her sister, Carla, are consummate, communicative hosts who go the extra mile to make sure you feel at home and are well taken-care of! Carla even came by twice during our weekend to drop off some blankets during an unexpected May cold snap and to re-light the fireplace pilot light. It can be a little tricky to find the place at night or if it’s your first visit, but that is part of the “off-the-beaten-path” vibe that enhances the retreat-like atmosphere of the property. We can’t recommend this quaint, comfortable and clean-as-whistle cabin enough! We also were pleased to see some upgrades and refreshed amenities (blackout blinds, new tile shower in the 3rd BR). Thank you for allowing to rent your beautiful place! Our son and his new bride stayed there their first night after getting married at the local Monroe on 415 venues! Your place was perfect! check in/out was super simple everything was very clean and organized was a very comfortable and cozy environment !!

Derek and Tara's apartment was perfect for our visit to Spring Hill to see a friend. It was close to groceries and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. Yet removed from most of the hustle and bustle. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bath were stocked with everything thing you need to have a comfortable stay. It is close to a busy road so there is some noise. We enjoyed out stay and recommend it.

Another great weekend on the Winchester Square!!! And the addition of the 80' video gaming table was a hit with all us "Old Schoo; 80's" kids.

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

10/10 stars for this spot! Very private and cozy! Would absolutely stay again! Dom and Bonnie both incredible neighbor doggies! Full kitchen. There is nothing bad to say about this space!

My husband and I will definitely be back. The apartment was comfortable, clean and super location to visit Sewanee. Myles is a great host.
