Unser Haus befindet sich in Antholz Obertal abseits des Dorfes in ruhiger und sonniger Lage. Wir sind umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, die Sie zur Erholung einladen. Im Sommer ist unser Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere bewirtschafteten Almen und unsere schöne Bergwelt. Im Winter können Sie die perfekt präparierten Pisten in unserem Biathlonzentrum und auf dem schönen Skigebiet Kronplatz nutzen. Außerdem befinden sich auch noch zwei Rodelbahnen zu bewirtschafteten Hütten im Antholzertal.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die Wohnung bietet einen Balkon mit herrlichem Bergblick, 3 Betten und ein Schlafsofa. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Burg Taufers, das Krippenmuseum oder der Klimastollen sind mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Zahlreiche Wanderwege in der Umgebung laden zu Erkundungstouren ein – wir geben Ihnen gerne Tipps!

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. The Apartment 22 liegt im Zentrum von Pfalzen, drei Kilometer von Bruneck entfernt, in ruhiger Lage und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die umliegenden Gebirge. Das Apartment ist ideal für Paare, für Familien und für Geschäftsreisende. Es umfasst neben einem Schlafzimmer, ein separates Bad, einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine Panorama-Terrasse. Das Skigebiet Kronplatz wird über die naheliegende Bushaltestelle (150m Entfernung vom Apartment) erreicht.

Les matériaux naturels, le vieux bois rustique, la pierre contrastante, le feutre douillet et le loden font partie des principaux éléments de l'appartement. L'appartement vacances de 53m² se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine bien équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain et peut donc accueillir 4 personnes.

L'appartement "Archehof Hochzirm" avec le "Lodge Johanna" est situé à l'extérieur de Campo Ture (Sand in Taufers) à 1 003 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Le paradis de la randonnée et du ski Speikboden se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture de l'établissement. Le bel appartement de style alpin comprend un salon, une cuisine très bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, une chambre, une salle de bains et peut donc accueillir 4 personnes.
