I had a very good stay at Bernadette’s place. The home was just as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The location is lovely, with plenty of nice places to eat nearby and several farm shops where you can pick up fresh produce, which was a great convenience. One of the key benefits was the solar panel setup. Despite the current power challenges in Zambia, there were no issues with electricity during my stay, which was a big plus. Bernadette and her siblings were very responsive to all our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. It made the experience much more comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place with easy access to amenities.

We had a lovely experience staying at this property during our trip to Zambia. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared. Communication with the host was excellent and the property itself was spotless and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The environment was perfect for relaxation fresh air, a beautiful garden and a very comfortable home. We made full use of the pool and although the rains meant we couldn’t use the gazebo and braai area as much but the rainy garden views were stunning. A special mention must go to the housekeepers, who were helpful and considerate throughout, and especially to Anne-Thora , who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing extra touches that made our family feel completely at home. The house is beautiful inside and out,It’s truly a gem especially for families. As a bonus, the property has two adorable, well-mannered dachshunds that kept us company. All in all, this was a 10/10 stay.

We had a wonderful two week stay at this house. It is a large, pleasant three bedroom house - the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a great canopy mosquito net which is very helpful in the rainy season (we sprayed the other rooms for mosquitos before going to bed as they didn't have nets). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself, which we really appreciated. The garden is even more impressive - it's huge, beautiful and full of lovely plants and flowers. The house has a nice patio with patio furniture so you can sit or eat outside and enjoy the view of the garden. There's also a braai stand - perfect for barbecuing in the sun. A beautiful, peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. The only issue we had was that the solar power backup system wasn't working when the power went out, but hopefully this will be fixed soon. The house is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive from East Park Mall & Arcades Mall on Great East Road, and even closer to Foxdale Mall. There is a caretaker on site, and a cleaner who come regularly, and they were both very friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return the next time we are in Lusaka. I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can say this is such a beautiful apartment. It is so spacious and clean. The ppl who work on the property are so friendly and accommodating too which I loved. Helen is so helpful and proactive with anything you require. I arrived quite late and needed water urgently and she managed to arrange a contact who could deliver water to me. The pool and gym is where I was spending the majority of my time to keep fit during my stay. I highly recommend this place because it is clean and the security is top notch so if you are new to the area, you actually have nothing to worry about on this property. Also, because of the beautiful trees on the property, you hear the birds chirping in the morning around their nests and is so refreshing to wake up to each day.

This is a great location with some of Lusaka’s top malls and restaurants within walking distance. I booked a one bedroom apartment but only to find it occupied. Thankfully, they gave me a two bedroom apartment. Other than the usual blackouts the apartment is cozy. For most of the days, I was able to watch TV and use my devices with the backup power.

Jill was an absolutely wonderful host. Her home truly exceeded our expectations, and her prompt communication made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. We felt genuinely welcomed, and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for her kindness. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Beautiful house with all the amenities. With the power issues in Zambia, there was an inverter that was charging our gadgets.

We had a great stay here! The staff and host were very sweet, helpful, and great at communicating! We didn’t stay at the original listing due to some mechanical issues but the place she moved us to was very big and nice! The neighborhood and area of town was perfect and safe.

I highly recommend anyone looking for short or long stay accommodation to really try Grace's place. the apartments are clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with basic amenities a traveller may need. Grace is a wonderful host, very responsive, accommodating and flexible. Her house keepers are also on the premises, and always on hand to help when need arrises. i honestly have nothing negative to say, and I look forward to coming back for a longer stay.
