Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

As a foreigner with a fillipino partner we were greeted so respectfully from the first moment and were shown around the unit. All questions were answered immediately and clearly. The place was spotlessly clean and very inviting. The breathless views and beach at your back door was the highlight. it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

From the moment we arrive, this exclusive accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The ambiance was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding and recharging. The pool area was pristine and inviting. The sea offers a lot more than swimming, I so love the snorkeling activity. This heaven offered breathtaking views and tranquil escape from the hustle of daily life. Every details, from the elegant exterior and interior design, to the very attentive and accommodating staff, contributed to a seamless and satisfying stay. We highly recommend this place for I and my friends will definitely come back again. Xoxo

We held a company retreat here and it was excellent. Beautiful home, and lots of fun extras. Karaoke was a hit, although it was a little glitchy. Pool table was a great touch. Pool was beautiful, but we did need to skim it before using. We lost power, which is a normal occurrence. Though the generator did not end up working for us. Overall do not hesitate, one of the nicest spots on Samal.

Karla and team are friendly and easy to deal with. They are very responsive as well. Their place has stable internet connection and is close to the beach! Good for working remotely. Just make sure you rent a car/motorcycle to conveniently tour around the city. Had a wonderful stay in Mati and will definitely book with them again.

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking. Great value for the price po yung condo, and communication with the host is always quick and easy. She was able to accommodate our late check-in which I really appreciate.
