The house has separate entrance from the street into garden and open terrace with heated pool and outdoor fireplace, where you can enjoy day and night.

Penthouse SLavija offers you an experience of colours, where the blue meets the green through the shades of mountain gray to the final randezvous with the blue of the Adriatic. It is a two floor apartment located in a seafront house , on the third floor and an attic. There are two double rooms with bathrooms, two spacious living rooms with one single bed in the attic, a kitchen and balcony overlooking the sea side. Stuning sunsets from this place will make your memories last and worth reliving.

Beautiful apartment with sea and mountain view !

The apartment is completely new and features a modern interior. The apartment has 1 bedroom, which has a double bed. In the living room, there is a couch which you can convert into a double bed. This apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. Downstairs, there is another self-contained apartment. (I have included it in another Airbnb listing.) The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one extra bed. If you reserve both apartments, they can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.

The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building. Marineta Suite is situated in the centre of Makarska, directly on the promenade. Completely refurbished in 2021 it's a elegant combination of retro and modern design. Overlooking the marina on one side and the Franciscan Monastery and Biokovo mountain on the other. Two bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms and individual climate control offer privacy and comfort for couple traveling together or families with children. The true gem in this apartment is the backyard with terrace and garden.

Makarska old town center

The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.
