Lucques : locations de vacances avec balcon

Sehr schönes Appartement mit großem Balkon, das mit zwei Kindern genügend Platz bietet. Die Lage am Meer is top. Wir hatten zehn super schöne Tage.

We had a great time in Greve, great surroundings, local restaurants, wine, Marzia and Mauro were friendly and all was clean and well prepared in the house, thank you!

By far one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The place is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Francesca is extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. For note, parking is not in the building and you will need to find street parking - some is free, most is paid (in blue lines).

Die Turmwohnung war herrlich, eine großartige Aussicht aufs Meer und in die grünen Hügeln. War waren Ende Mai dort, und es gab viel Wind. Durch die Höhe 600 Meter über 0 sowieso schon, und der Turm steht auf einem Hügel… Die Terrasse ist nicht windgeschützt und dadurch nicht immer nutzbar im Frühling. Im Sommer bestimmt herrlich bei heißeren Temperaturen….

This place was amazing! The Airbnb was one of the best parts of our trip, from dancing down the arched hallway to having a peaceful morning tea on the terrace. This place exceeded our expectations, and I'd recommend it to anyone. The view is simply amazing, and the location is very convenient. I will say, if you are not fond of stairs, maybe this place isn't for you. Emanuele was very responsive, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. He gave us local recommendations and everything. It was such a great place, and I hope to come back in the future. Make sure you sign the journal on the way out!

We had a great time, the apartment was comfortable, the location was beautiful. The swimming pool was perfect, clean en perfect temperature. There was WIFI, the connection was not always stable, but not problematic when you’re not watching films or videos. I would recommend when you are looking for a quiet holiday and going on a few daytrips here and there to Florence, Siena, Lucca and Volterra

Dobre miejsce do spokojnego odpoczynku. Daleko od turystycznego ruchu. Tylko miejscowi mieszkańcy, lokalne knajpy w sąsiednich wioskach. Minus albo plus daleko do głównych dróg, dużo serpentyn. Na pewno trzeba zrobić zaopatrzenie najbliższy sklep ok 15 min samochodem. Basen super - czysty zadbany, obejście również, polecam to miejsce.

Excellent gite, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympas, la vue sur la mer est mieux que sur les photos, l'endroit bénéficie d'un micro-climat d’où ce paradis de végétation verdoyante avec le chant des oiseaux . Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région. Grand merci à Mauro ( qui parle bien français) ainsi qu'à sa femme , à Luca et à David. GRAZIE MILLE. On espère revenir car on a encore beaucoup a voir. Das Haus war super schön und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und eignet sich sehr gut zum Schwimmen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ebenfalls hervorragend.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns gleich einen ganzen Plan aufgezeichnet, für Unternehmungen und Geheimtipps. Die Küche ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko, die Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen und man sollte viel lüften, da es im unteren Zimmer durch die Dusche sehr feucht ist. Dennoch ist diese Unterkunft SEHR zu empfehlen !! Es war toll

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

El apartamento cumple todo lo anunciado. La atención de las anfitrionas muy buena, se ofrecieron a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos y nos dieron algún consejo de dónde comer. repetiríamos la experiencia en dicho alojamiento. Lo recomendamos, sin ninguna duda.

Hôte très accueillante et logement propre avec jardinet clôturé idéal pour notre chien. Situation idéale pour les Cinque Terre et Pise La maison est spacieuse idéale pour famille nombreuse Plutôt calme même si en ce printemps les entretiens des haies et pelouses s’est fait vers 8h. Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

federico was so helpful and the apartment was perfect! such a great location - walking distance to everything we wanted to see in florence and it is so beautiful. has such a wonderful stay and would recommend to anybody staying in florence.

Très bon séjour, très joli appartement. Très bien équipé, notamment pour notre bébé (lit, chaise haute, couvert, doudou,…). Il y a tout ce qu’il faut en équipement aussi dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Impeccable, rien à redire ! L’appartement est en plein centre, facile pour se balader à pied, où aller à la gare pour les cinq terres. Une des chambres donne sur la rue passante de voiture, et est un peu plus bruyante, mais rien de trop gênant non plus. Merci beaucoup pour le séjour ! Nous recommanderons. Absolument génial !

Très bon séjour passé à Florence. Le logement de Martina est très bien situé, j'ai réalisé toutes mes visites à pied en laissant ma voiture dans le garage à disposition. Comme stipulé dans l'annonce les voisins ont été quelque peu bruyant dans la nuit mais sinon rien à dire, logement propre, secteur parfait, hôte accueillante... Je recommande.

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!
