Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at Gile's place in Wellington. Everything was perfectly clean and well provisioned. The location is super, walkable to all shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Gile is very responsive and a true gem of a host. Do not hesitate to book this place, it is an Airbnb 5+ stay!

Fantastic place to stay if you want to be really central but private. Kelly is a great host and is very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

Check-in was seamless with keyless entry. The place was beautiful, private, and peaceful – just what we needed. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the large wardrobes were perfect for storing our things. A short 2-minute walk to Akarau Tangi Stadium, which was ideal for our trip. Close to the airport (10 mins), CBD (10-min Uber), and walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, and local shops. The washer and dryer were super handy. Host was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Helpful and timely communications with our host set the stage for a wonderful stay. The beach cottage is a wonder - a great space perched upon a divine location. Sunsets that dazzle and endless beach walks. We had a wonderful time, felt restored by the wonderful natural light and open space, found using the kitchen and bathrooms easy and convenient, loved relaxing and dining on the patio, and enjoyed peaceful rest lulled by the waves upon the shore. Enjoy your stay in this very special place!

This house was excellent for our extended family gathering – the kids loved the table tennis room, the oldies loved the view, and we all loved the direct access to the beach. Thank you, Jill, – your communications were great, the house was spotless, the beds were super and the setting made this a gathering we will all remember, even though it was for Great Grandma’s funeral.

A perfect rental in Wellington. The house is very well located, in a quiet neighborhood close to the waterfront. A 10-minute walk from the city center. The house has all the comforts and amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The bedding is impeccable. And what can I say about Carolyn? She is an excellent owner, always available to her guests and extremely kind. This house is ideal for groups, families, or even couples. I will return with great pleasure.

Honestly an awesome little place to stay at with an amazing view of the sunrise in the morning coming over the mountains. Beds were really comfortable and super clean. Only downside side is the idiots with shitty loud cars that think it’s a race street late at night but can’t complain about the cottage.

As a solo gal I loved staying in this apartment for a night. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Sam was friendly, while also keeping to himself- he was a great host who made me feel very comfortable. Location is extremely walkable and feels safe. Would stay here again!

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Perfectly located, walking distance to Mount Victoria, the water front, Te Papa museum and city center. Bus straight from the airport (if you're flying like me) will leave you just 5 min away from Donna's house. House/apartment located in a little alley way so private and quiet enough. Comfortable (amazing bed) and cozy space. Donna is very friendly as well as discreet, she's available if you need anything but the ground floor is pretty much to yourself and will feel like you have your own space. I highly recommend 🙂.

Fabulous Airbnb Gorgeous views, so close to shops bakery and restaurants. We loved our stay and really appreciated the amazingly stocked kitchen.
