Great location and host. Perfect size home for a family of four. Quick walk to the beach and just steps from the pool. Lots of time spent on the deck which was one of our favorite areas to hangout as a family. Would definitely recommend.

We loved Courtney’s cottage! It was larger than the photos looked and we were surprised with popcorn which was a huge hit! Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with spices. We grilled fish one night and yum! The hot tub was great and we really had a blast for our girls’ trip!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm and comfort of this beautiful home. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. This was our first time to 30a so we didn’t really know where the best place to stay would be but this location was ideal—very peaceful yet conveniently close to local shops and dining options. A short bike ride to Alys Beach or The Big Chill. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area. The beach access was a 5 minute walk away! This home comes with everything you need! Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and even a little cooler to take snacks/drinks to the beach with you. The cruiser bikes were an added bonus! Our host was incredibly responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions that made our stay seamless. We had one little issue and they took care of it immediately! Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction top notch. We will be back!

The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay at the Calm Palm was incredible. Elizabeth graciously hosted our family of three children + dog. The property was immaculate, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I highly recommend the Calm Palm to any family.

We had an amazing stay—truly one of our favorites! The cottage was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. Situated on a peaceful road, it was a fantastic location for hopping between beaches and restaurants with ease. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were such great additions to our stay. The screened-in porch was another highlight—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. Heather went above and beyond to ensure we felt completely comfortable. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The app she provides with all the house details and how everything works was so thoughtful and made everything effortless. This place is a gem, and we can't wait to return!

I was very impressed with this place. It was small, but it was quaint. It was super clean. Everything was exactly as described. I love the location. Super good air condition. The bathrooms were in perfect shape with plenty of towels. The bed linens were clean. I would definitely stay here again, not to mention it’s very close to everything. Community watches out for you.

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

Nice cozy place, super clean and has everything you need. Had no issues checking in and Angela was always super nice and very helpful with any questions I had . We will definitely come back .

This place was the perfect location. Close to all the places we were going. Heather was quick to respond to any questions we had.

It's a privilege to have access to a property in this special place with easy access to the beach and the Seaside community. The master bed was super comfy and the wrap-around porch was nice. We appreciated having some toys for sand castle building at the ready and other little thoughtful things like a great refrigerator and washer/dryer. The Haardt House is part of important social architectural history and was attractive to us for the special access to a little history.

We came down for our anniversary and we're very thankful for Elizabeth's accommodations. The house was stocked with everything you could need. The beach chairs and towles were great. The location is amazing. The lake view and deck is beautiful. It felt like a very safe peaceful neighborhood. Elizabeth was so kind and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here.

I cannot recommend The Smith House enough if you are planning a trip to Grayton Beach. We felt like we were in a small town beach movie with how charming and cozy the home was along with how close we were to everything! My husband and I rode the bikes Kelly included in the rental everywhere, and the short walks to the beach everyday was a highlight to our stay! We explored the Grayton Trails, which are right behind the house, as well as just hanging out and enjoying the scenery from the front porch. Kelly made our arrival extra special with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us. There was so much thought placed into everything and it made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to go back!

Tanya’s home in Inlet Beach was exactly what we were looking for! It’s such a short bike ride/walk/drive to the beach, whichever you prefer. We loved morning bike rides to Rosemary and Alys! During our stay we basically had the community pool to ourselves which was such a treat to walk out the back door and have the pool right there. The house is exactly as described and very clean. Stocked well with towels, kitchen essentials, and beach essentials which was a huge plus! Would definitely recommend this place to any family looking for a relaxing beach stay.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, and having the golf cart included made everything super convenient. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to explore the area so easily really made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

This was our second visit here! We love Kelley’s cottage. The golf cart, upstairs loft, & outside area are our favorites. We spend most of our time in the back yard whether it be cooking, relaxing in the hammock, playing with the dogs, or just watching tv. Kelley’s cottage is also clean & cozy. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely return for a third visit!

We had a wonderful week! It was our second stay here and it was just as beautiful as we remembered. Samantha and Donald are great hosts and are very responsive and friendly. The house has wonderful amenities and is very comfortable. The house is just minutes from several beach accesses as well as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and lots of fun activities. The neighborhood pool is walking distance or a quick bike ride from the house and has a fun atmosphere. We will certainly consider booking again, as we have so many wonderful family memories here!

Everything about “Crab Pot” was easy and relaxing. There’s something about the place that makes you feel “right at home”. Martin has everything covered; soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels etc….and there was enough for our entire stay. (As opposed to the usual “starter kit” that you get at most places.) The house rules are not overwhelmingly posted everywhere. A level entry without stairs into the house made it easier on us with our 2 year old granddaughter. We enjoyed spending time on the porches, walking around in the yard, and an evening stroll to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
