This is the perfect location for a very peaceful and restful stay on Tortola. The host was really good at communicating both before and throughout our stay. One minor issue with the bathroom basin plug was resolved straight away. The garden area, pool and small beach were all delightful, though loungers could do with an upgrade (a very minor matter). Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the sea and if you’re really lucky watch a pelican fishing right in front of you. We saw it most mornings and late afternoons during our stay. Probably best to have a hire car available though taxis easy to organise. We also used the local bus service, which was ‘an experience’, one I’m glad we had. Would we go back? It’s a very long way from Europe! But we both really enjoyed our stay and, though not as young as we used to be, would love to come again. We had some important communications to make during our stay and excellent WiFi enabled us to do it. Thanks Justin and all the staff.

This apartment was so very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. But the absolute best part was the incredible location. The views were so breathtakingly beautiful and just down the hill is great snorkeling in your own private cove. The snorkel equipment is great. I did wear reef booties because there are some sea urchins. The coral and fish rivaled Brewers Bay. It’s also not a bad walk to Nomads and The Shack for meals out but the kitchen is also fully stocked for cooking. We had hoped to be able to walk down the hill with our longboards and cut some of the paddle out to the Hull Bay break but it was a little too steep to carry the heavy boards. Totally doable with lighter short boards. Also, there is a super friendly cat who I just fell in love with. I really can’t say enough good things about this accommodation. Just excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa’s! It’s near Sapphire Beach so the area is beautiful. Her place was a perfect fit for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Thomas!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from Sapphire Beach, making it easy to enjoy the stunning views and clear waters. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and ideal for our group of five. The only thing to note is that there’s no elevator, so carrying luggage up can be a bit of a workout. But overall, the location and the home were fantastic, and we would happily stay here again!

Just spent a week at V’s place. What an amazing little condo. More than you could ask for in every aspect. Linens, beach chairs, towels, snorkels, floats and even the electric grill! The kitchen was fully stacked with all utensils, paper towels, plates, pans, cleaning products. You name it- it was there. And the view each day (and sunrise!) was simply beautiful. Can’t say enough about how amazing V was with communication and suggesting local off the path spots and popular restaurants in town. V was above and beyond friendly and very helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. Hope to come back soon! Thank you for an excellent stay and week on STT!

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway! Our stay at this condo in Sapphire Beach Resort was amazing! The location is unbeatable, with stunning views from the private balcony. The condo is simplistic, clean, and equipped with a king bed, full cable, Wi-Fi, and great AC. As with all beachfront locations, being slippers or something to wear in the evening as sand gets tracked in no matter how hard you try to keep it out. Sapphire Beach is just steps away, and being close to Red Hook made it easy to explore restaurants. If you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay in the U.S. Virgin Islands, this is the place.

I like these locations for local staycations. I have stayed with Dell multiple times and look forward to staying again. Locations are private, can be noisy but it’s quiet MOST times from my experience, and just a minute walk away from my favorite beach. Coki Point. I definitely recommend if these are some of the things you’re looking for!

Great stay with a very short walk to sapphire resort including a couple of restaurants and great beach views.

As we walked into the house the view took our breath away! The house had everything needed for our stay. The car worked great especially having four of us staying at the house. We woke up every morning early to catch the beautiful sunrises and have a hot cup of coffee. Having two refrigerator s was very helpful especially for keeping lots of ice and amenities. The porch area is great to hang out with everyone especially after a long day at the beach where we could wind down for the evening. I would highly recommend the house!

Breakfast tacos on the covered patio was a wonderful break from the wedding festivities at Long Bay Beach resort. Fresh flowers were a lovely greeting. The air conditioners worked quickly! We were bid goodbye by a beautiful view of a double rainbow over the bay from the upstairs bedroom balcony on our last morning. The stairs made getting to and from the resort for wedding activities a breeze. Thank you, Sophie!

Amazing Airbnb with beautiful sunset views! The villa had all of the amenities my family and I needed for a week stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Enjoyed the hummingbirds, Bananaquits and the noise of the Coki frogs every night. Beautiful views. Wonderful house with everything you could need. Excellent stay.

Thus place was as described. Breath taking views. This was island living at its finest. Easy access into the property and easy access around the island. Highly recommend to rent a golf cart plus it just makes it fun to cruise around the island. We will 💯 rent again. Thank you so much.

I booked Jon's seaside villa for mine and my wife's 10th anniversary, my 50th birthday and my daughter's 8th birthday almost a year ago and we couldn't wait for the arrival day. It was totally worth the wait. After a 3 hour Delta delay out of Atlanta, we got to the island late with our initial plans blown up. After getting off at the ferry dock with all of our luggage, we were tired, hungry and mentally shot. We started walking to the cabin with all of our bags and realized that was a mistake. I texted Jon to see if he could help. He quickly responded and he and Nancy came to our rescue. Won't get into the details, but they swooped in and quickly made us feel like friends. Something we'll never forget. Now for the villa. Words can't describe the beauty your eyes see from inside the house. Your front lawn is the Caribbean Sea. Open the sliding glass doors and you hear nothing but waves crashing. And yes, the pictures on the listing are very accurate. Can't wait to go back!!!

This house was perfect! The view off the deck is totally stunning...sunrise, sunset, crystal blue waters, rolling hills of the East End of St John and even a full rainbow one afternoon! We spent a lot of time out there. The house was very comfortable, great big comfy couch, beds were nice and linens great and lots of pillows. The kitchen was very well appointed, big and fun to cook in with the counter and chairs for others to keep you company. The frig is huge and the ice maker was crucial. The laundry room was so convenient downstairs. The location was wonderful--near many amazing beaches and hikes, historic areas and local eateries. Quiet and peaceful but with plenty to do. Overall we LOVED staying here!

Jon and his team were incredibly supportive in helping us prepare in advance for our trip and our extended 3 generation family set up at the house, as well as any questions and requests during our stay. The house and setup were perfect for us, and our 12-day stay absolutely blissful. We enjoyed walks to the beach as much as leisurely floats in the infinity pool. If you leave with anything, it will be the distant calming sound of surf and the 180 views. We can’t wait to go back.

Alexia's Airbnb was topnotch!! The home was beautiful with everything I could ask for that made my birthday week a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. But the most AMAZING part of the condo was the stunning view of the bay. It was pure joy to wake up every morning sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and my kindle to start my day. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Stayed third week in April 2025. Beautiful location in building C. We loved that it was away from the crowds but easy enough to walk over and get food or a drink. Mary was very responsive and even gave us a credit when the pool was not open during our stay. Sapphire beach had amazing snorkeling and was very convenient near red hook and the St. John ferry. Highly recommend her unit!

We had a fun stay and enjoyed the location of the unit. Easy to get to pool and beach. Danielle is a great host and we were very well informed before arrival. In addition she was extremely helpful when we needed a few extra hours upon check out. Well equipped unit that suited all our needs.

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo was wonderful! It was centrally located to everything we did and easy to get around. Uljana is an amazing host. Our family loved staying here and would return in a heart beat. I am recommending friends and family to stay at this condo if they go to St. Thomas. ❤️

Beautiful views, comfortable and clean! Chris and Carol were excellent hosts. Very informative and communicated well. Responsive and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The AC worked great!!! Definitely follow the recommended temperature, it stays very comfortable. We did not want to leave!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Heidi's place definitely has location going for it. It's on the beach and there is a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant right there. It's right by the marina where you can go parasailing and jetskiiing. There is also another restaurant past the marina. A few minutes down the road you'll find Red Hook which has restaurants and shops. You can also get the ferry to St.John there. In the other direction a few minutes away you'll find other restaurants as well as Coki and Lindquist beaches. If you don't have a rental car you can find lots on premises and very close. The place itself has everything you could need- fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, sunscreen, fans, toiletries.. Would definitely recommend for all of the above reasons!
