Penelope's place is an absolute dream that I would recommend to pretty much anyone. As a host Penelope is super helpful and lovely to deal with, even popping down with home made cake halfway through the stay. The place is spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you need as well as loaded with groceries / snacks and drinks to welcome you in which is a lovely touch. As a location, you can't ask for much more, stunning views, super peaceful and the multiple outside spaces are perfect for chasing the sun or shade throughout the day. We had such a great time and will be coming again as soon as we can.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable à Zakynthos grâce à Pascalis. Dès notre arrivée, il nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a veillé à ce que nous nous sentions immédiatement chez nous. La maison était parfaitement conforme aux photos, spacieuse et propre. Chaque chambre était confortable et bien aménagée, idéale pour notre groupe. Pascalis a été incroyablement attentif à nos besoins, nous fournissant d'excellentes recommandations sur les activités locales et les restaurants à essayer. Il s’est proposé de nous commander des produits locaux que nous avions juste à récupérer. La localisation de la maison était parfaite, à la fois tranquille et proche des principales attractions de l'île. Le jardin était un véritable havre de paix où nous avons passé de nombreuses soirées à profiter de la terrasse, de la piscine et du coucher de soleil. Par ailleurs nous vous conseillons son bar « The Mill Bar » si vous souhaitez passer d’excellentes soirées à thème !! Merci à toi Pascalis ☀️

Het was bij aankomst in villa Maria al als een warm bad: een trotste en zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse die ons opwachtte, de volle koelkast en extraatjes als lokale honing en wijn. En dan de mooie inrichting, ruimer als verwacht, en als kers op de taart het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het grote terras en het heerlijke zwembad. We hebben echt genoten van het huis, zijn rustige omgeving met volop privacy. Het gezellige Vathy ligt op een paar minuutjes rijden. Hartelijk dank aan Dora en haar man als perfecte hosts.

Prachtige villa in het noorden van Zakynthos, geheel privé gelegen aan een klein weggetje omhoog vanaf het adembenemende strand van Makris Gialos Beach. Weg van het massatoerisme, met zicht op de zee, een villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met ook nog eens een heerlijk zwembad. De communicatie en verzorging door de hosts was uitzonderlijk goed en zeer snel en behulpzaam. Het noorden van Zakynthos is wat ons betreft ook het mooiste deel, iets ruiger, bergachtiger en ongerepter dan andere delen van het eiland. Met ook nog eens heerlijke restaurantjes, na elke bocht met onze huurauto weer een ander verbluffend uitzicht en veel van de mooiste strandjes op korte afstand. Elke avond was het echt ‘thuiskomen’ bij het huis. Met nog een plons in het zwembad, zicht op de zee met een opkomende maan, het geluid van de uilen en een stille nachtrust. En dan met de ochtendzon weer ontwaken! Een topweek! Dank aan Francesco en zijn team!

If we could rate this higher than 5 stars we would. The villa has absolutely spectacular views and when you enter the villa feel an immediate sense of relaxation. Kleo was fantastic. She provided recommendations for restaurants, things to do and organised a dinner for us in the villa, which was a feast. And, the breakfasts. Each morning brought a surprise to start the day and not having to think about buying everything for our family, was a real treat. We really can’t say enough about the villa and look forward to coming back next year, and the year after, and the year after.

We had a fab week at the villa, it’s in the most lovely place with amazing views overlooking the sea. The villa had all the amenities and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor dining space was great for enjoying meals with a view. The location was peaceful yet close enough to local attractions and beaches, making it easy to explore. Lena was attentive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this villa for a perfect getaway and would love to return!

The reviews below are true—this place is better than the pictures. Nikos’s place exceeded even our already high expectations. The view is spectacular, the outdoor space and pool is delightful, and the kitchen is well stocked. It was also such a joy to eat at his family’s restaurant down the street—free breakfast every day and well priced homemade dinner!

C’était juste incroyable , villa de rêve avec une vue de rêve sur la mer avec la piscine à débordement. La communication avec l’hôte est parfaite ,accueille super , gentil, vous pouvez venir ici les yeux fermés. ( oui il faut une voiture pour profiter de l’île , je dirais comme dans chaque îles presque ;) ) quelques adresses de restaurant situé à côté de la villa ( 5-6 min à pied ) notamment le restaurant Orizontes qui est superbe.

Amazing place! Everything about the villa was exactly as described and shown in the photos which all contributed to a wonderful family holiday. The villa is equipped with everything you might need and the views are absolutely beautiful especially the sunsets. Communication with Panos was excellent and all the food essentials that were left for our arrival were greatly appreciated. All the reviews are 5 star which proves it is a great place to stay. We would certainly love to return!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in idyllischer Lage Zu Beginn müssen wir sagen, dass die Aussicht vor Ort noch besser als auf den Fotos ist! Die Villa liegt ruhig und abgelegen – ideal, wenn man dem Trubel entkommen und entspannen möchte. Die Umgebung ist sehr naturverbunden und bietet eine schöne Atmosphäre zum Abschalten. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die große Terrasse mit Pool und der herausragende Ausblick – perfekt, um morgens in Ruhe einen Kaffee zu trinken, die Sonne zu genießen oder den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Auch die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung in einer besonderen Umgebung suchen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

We have recently returned form 5 relaxing days at this villa. The villa had everything we needed - and more, with many places to spread out and relax with a big group. We were warmly welcomed at the airport by Theti, who remained on hand in case there were any issues (which there weren’t 😀) and the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Importantly, the kitchen was very well equipped and during our stay we enjoyed meals at each of the three outside tables. Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful, both before the trip (with a detailed booklet of things locally and further afield, as well as responding quickly to queries, seeming to be happy to be of help) and during - via Theti, who was more local. We hired a car through Carlos’ friend and this was the easiest and quickest car hire arrangement we have experienced - even coming out to change the car for us after day 1 (when we realised we should have a bigger car for our group!). Thank you Carlos for a fabulous stay.

We had the most relaxing stay at Villa Kanali. The villa's proximity to the beach was perfect - it was a very short walk to the beach, yet also very quiet and private. Despite being so close to the sea, it was still great to have the sparkling clean pool. Anamaria and Dimitrios were very responsive and helpful. Lourdata is beautiful with the ocean infront and the mountain behind. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars. We didn't have a car, but we rented a motor boat to explore the nearby caves and beaches. We definitely recommend Kanali and hope to return.

This place is a paradise. Quiet, comfortable, clean and the views are absolutely stunning. I didn’t want to leave and ended up extending for two more days. Ideal location to explore the Island and Themis was a very attentive host. I wish there were more stars to give!

Wow—really was the trip of a lifetime! Amazing seven days of relaxing by the pool, looking out at the stunning scenery and enjoying all the amenities onsite—including pizza in the wood-fired oven! The whole place is immaculate and stunning with round-the-clock sun spots and numerous places to lounge, chill and play as a family. Giota was an amazing host who did everything she could to make our stay memorable and Elias and the cleaning team were friendly and accommodating throughout. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice villa in an unbeatable location - right on the beach, short walk to restaurants, bars, shop, watersports. Pool is small, but it’s a lovely place to sit out - poolside furniture must have been replaced since other reviews, we found it fine. Terrace is a great place to eat dinner or take in the view. Some more comfortable chairs here would have helped, but it’s a superb setting. The little garden is a bonus, with banana palms and lime and orange trees. Host was slow to respond before we arrived, but then very helpful with instructions, late check-out and dealing with household rubbish (dumpsters arrive and disappear sporadically). The beach is a beautiful place to sunbathe and also to swim, especially in the mornings when it is glassy flat. Perfect resort for us - plenty of eats/drinks but relatively undeveloped/non-touristy. A few snags stop it being ‘luxury’ - the kitchen units a bit beaten up, our bedside lights didn’t work - but aircon and showers were excellent

fabulous villa in a great setting. plenty of brilliant restaurants offering value food within easy walking distance. if you have a car, there are some great options near volimes also. the host was superb - great instructions and very responsive without being obtrusive. couldn't have wished for better.

A beautiful villa. We stayed with another couple and had an amazing time. Not much to say other than it was exactly what we wanted; do not hesitate to book. Great restaurants a 5 minute walk away (had coffee / breakfast at Boho multiple times and Veramente for a nice dinner) and a nice bakery a 5 minute drive (Φούρνος Ο ΚΑΛΟΥΡΗΣ). Pool was cleaned everyday by the very responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic couple of weeks staying at Villa Sunflower. The villa itself was perfect for our family of four. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It's in a stunning location with gorgeous views over the Argostoli bay, which can be enjoyed from any of the three balconies. The pool was brilliant, our children loved playing in there at least once every day. There were inflatables, balls, games etc. that made their pool time even more fun. There's plenty of comfortable sunlounges to relax on around the pool if that's what you prefer! On arrival Vicky and Kelvin were there to meet us. They had left us water in the fridge along with various other goodies. We really couldn't ask for more from our hosts. They were happy to answer any questions or offer advice on where to park in Argostoli to where they'd recommend to eat out. Overall it was an amazing holiday and if we return to Kefalonia we will be sure to come back to Villa Sunflower.

The villa is in a stunning location, with gorgeous views over the sea. The sunset views from the patio are especially amazing. The layout of the villa suited us perfectly, we just used downstairs and didn’t need to use the top floor. There are several tavernas and supermarkets within walking distance, and it’s only a few minutes by car into Fiskardo. The WiFi is a bit poor in places, but that didn’t really bother us as it was nice to relax without it. We definitely recommend this villa and would love to return sometime in the future.

Villa was absolutely spotless with everything we needed. Kostas was friendly, helpful and laid back and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable in his beautiful Villa built by himself and his Father. He also allowed one of our party to stay past check out abd arranged a taxi as his flight left later. We would absolutely stay here again. Useful having a car but if all you want to do is relax by the pool this villa is a perfect home from home in beautiful Kefalonia!

Our stay at Villa Mare was truly a remarkable experience. It is a rare thing to enjoy a vacation destination that is even better than advertised. Villa Mare is not only 5-Star lodging, but the physical location sits midway up the mountain providing breathtaking vistas from every room and every outdoor patio. Additionally, Constantino was the consummate host, staying alert to any needs we had including helping us arrange a boat rental regardless of the fact that very few locations were open so early in the season. A memorable location, otherworldly views and a very stylish space to stay. We will return!

WOW! Wir waren von der ersten Sekunde an sprachlos und begeistert! Wir haben uns in der Woche unglaublich erholt - mit dem besten Ausblick der Insel. Die Finca war sehr sauber und es wurde an alles gedacht. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und der Kühlschrank war komplett voll ausgestattet. Solch einen Luxus hatten wir noch nie in einem Airbnb. Das einzige, dass uns etwas gestört hat, waren die Türen. Sie waren leider sehr laut und so hat man die anderen Familienmitglieder geweckt, wenn man in der Nacht aus dem Zimmer musste. Außerdem gibt es in der Nachbarschaft einen verrückten Hahn, der non-stop gekräht hat. Natürlich kann da niemand was dafür, aber ich dachte es sei wichtig, dies vielleicht anzumerken. Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis auch an Denise & Rafaella. Wir kommen wieder :)

Die Villa war eine wunderschöne Wahl für meinen Urlaub mit der Familie. Ganz viel Platz, ein tolles Pool und ganz viel Küchenutensilien (inkl.Grillzeug) vorhanden. Wir haben den atemberaubenden Blick und die Ruhe genossen. Das Team, was das Haus betreut, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Lebensmittel unproblematisch bestellt und liefern lassen. Das Putzteam war,meiner Meinung nach,ungenau (das Geschirr haben wir selbst sauber gemacht und Spinnennetze entfernt). Man braucht ein Auto, um zum Strand/Lokale zu kommen. Das muss man beachten. Aber im Allgemein, ist die Ruhe und Atemberaubende Location - das,was die Villa besonders auszeichnet. Danke an Charlotte und das Team für eine unvergessliche Zeit!
