Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

My husband and I took our first family vacation with our 2.5 year old son, and Pedro's home was the perfect family-friendly location. First, the home itself felt even nicer than shown in the pictures. The home was spotless, spacious, and included everything we needed for our stay. Our toddler was delighted by all of the beach and pool toys on the property, and the pool has a large shallow ledge that made swimming much more accessible to him. The pool was cleaned every morning by the groundskeeper who was very friendly. The property is fully gated, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing that Pedro and his wife lived on the third floor, and the groundskeeper also lived on the property. That said, our stay still felt private. The location and views simply cannot be beat. Each evening, the sun sets directly in front of the property over the ocean. Playa Hermosa as a whole was quiet, calm, and welcoming, and I'd argue that Pedro's home is the best property there.

Would 100% stay here again. Wow the view is stunning. Beds were comfy, ac worked well. Access to the beach right there, pool was nice. Great place and nice neighbors. Had a window blind that was broken when we showed up and management came and took care of it immediately. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and some pool toys were in the closet which we thoroughly enjoyed!! We stayed here on NYE and were able to see fireworks all around sitting on the beach, fantastic way to ring in the new year. Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The place was spotless and exactly like the pictures—bright, spacious, and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent; they were so thoughtful and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon, making the experience even more special. We truly appreciated all the little touches they added to make our stay memorable. We would definitely love to come back! Highly recommend!

Alojamiento con cocina bien equipada, Doña Blanca Rosa muy atenta del hospedaje. El apartamento esta a unas cuadras de Playa Potrero y a 10 minutos de Playa Flamingo. El lugar esta cerca de muchas playas hermosas.

Es war alles super. 2 min zu Fuß zum Strand und zur Turtle Hatchery. Cooles Restaurant direkt am Strand, super Service

My family enjoyed 11 nights at John’s place. The house was more spacious than expected. All amenities needed were available. We felt safe at the house and surrounding area. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it daily. There is a grocery store and 5 restaurants very close by. Tamarindo is about a 15 min walk. We did not have a car. You can rent golf carts if needed. Beaches - Playa Langosta is a very short walk 5 min and you can walk to Tamarindo beach in about 15 min. Tamarindo is busier, it was nice to stay in a quieter area. Howler monkeys were seen morning and night right on the roof of the house and trees in the yard. We also saw iguanas and variegated squirrels in the yards along with a number of birds. Cleaning service was included in the stay the lovely lady came a number of times while we were there. John was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my many questions prior and during our stay. We would stay again at John’s villa.

5 Stars – Unforgettable Beachside Retreat! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Palm Beach Estates! Dirk was an exceptional host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. We especially loved the outdoor grill area—it was perfect for cooking up the fresh red snapper we got from the local fish truck. So delicious! The pool was a major highlight for our family. The colorful lights at night made it feel magical, and we spent many evenings playing Marco Polo with our girls—such great memories. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with great access to local spots and the beach just around the corner. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

We had a great stay and Jake was a great host. Overall the pictures didn’t do it justice because it was an amazing beach front location. The pool felt like a private location. Incredibly spacious for our family and we wish we stayed longer. Loved going to el sapo across the street and the supermarket was convenient around the corner. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was great! It’s steps away from the beach and walkable to food trucks, supermarket, and other places! Pool was very nice onsite and also steps away from the villa. We rented a golf cart through the air bnb and that service was great as well! We will stay again! ❤️

as a lot of the reviews stated. the dogs can be a bit loud but not loud enough to not have a great time. the cats that hung out on the porch absolutely made the trip and I'm not even a real cat guy

The house was exactly as pictured and everything our family needed. The caretaker Vidal was always available and extremely helpful! We had a wonderful stay. Loved having our own private pool and a few steps from the beach. The beach was never crowded, felt almost private too!

Ubicacion perfecta, es exacto a como sale en las fotos, excelente lugar, muy tranquilo los alrededores, esta ubicado a solo 100 metros de la playa, es un lugar muy acogedor. Lo recomedaria por supuesto. Muchas gracias.

The place is charming, very clean and tidy, and the smell of wood is pleasant. Very comfortable and beautiful. The view is spectacular. A very safe and lovely place, with many trails, a golf course, and a beach club with a pool, restaurant, and spa. The apartment has a washing machine and a very well-equipped kitchen. The beds are king-size and very comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom only has hot water, so if you want cold or cool water, you'll need to use the second bathroom. The beach is far from the apartment, but the walk to the beach club is worth it. Chris always responded to our questions and was very kind and approachable. We really liked it and will definitely return.

Our condo was roomy and very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and well maintained as well as nicely decorated. The pool was very nice too. I liked the gated and secure aspect of the building. It made us feel safe. The location is really central to everything in Tamarindo …. And there is lots of activities and amenities near by close walking distance … no car needed. Overall fantastic place to stay with wonderful host to help you out. Hope to be back again next year ..

¡Estadía inmejorable! Pasamos unos días increíbles en este alojamiento. La playa literalmente en el patio trasero fue lo mejor de todo — un lujo total despertarse con esa vista y tener el mar a unos pasos. La propiedad es lujosa, con excelentes comodidades, bien cuidada y ubicada en una zona privilegiada. Todo esto a un precio súper competitivo. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y siempre se mantuvieron en comunicación a través de la plataforma. La atención fue excelente, siempre estuvieron pendientes de nuestras necesidades y respondieron rápidamente. Sin duda, 100% recomendados. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

Sean‘s place was perfect. We found it exactly as described, it was clean, and had all the amenities of home. The location couldn’t be better, the private beach is priceless, we enjoyed it every day. We also really liked relaxing on the beautiful patio. We definitely want to come back. Sean’s place is five stars for sure!

This condo is in an excellent location, close to the main road but still quiet. Small grocery store located right across the street and many great coffee shops and restaurants all within a short walk. The condo itself is quite nice as well, perfect for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics needed for cooking.

Absolutely loved our stay. Renee arrived just as we were working on getting in to the unit and helped us settle in. She also gave us a local contact who was a HUGE help in arranging tours and rental car. Loved the truly “local” restaurant Estero Azul that she recommended. She was also helpful in explaining water issues the municipality had briefly during our stay. The location is private and quiet, but many restaurants, activities and a grocery store in easy walking distance made it easy to enjoy without a rental car. Comfortable space for 4 people, and the semi private beach right behind the unit was a huge bonus. Highly recommend the host and the location!
