Great spot and location! Walking distance to city center, pedestrian only street, cute and clean, A/C worked well. We were very happy with the location. We came for a wedding and guets were staying all over. Guests at the beach, Rodadero, wished they were staying near Centro because there is more dining/nightlife. Guests who were closer to Centro by a few blocks complained about the noise. For us, it was perfect - no noise and walking distance to everything.

El alojamiento es divino, tal cual se muestra en las fotos, muy recomendable para grupos de personas que busquen comodidad y un buen descanso, tiene muchos detalles que hacen el sitio muy acogedor. El señor Jesús estuvo todo el tiempo muy pendiente de nosotros, ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos, fue muy amigable y realmente nos facilitó muchas cosas, una excelente persona. Está muy cerca de la zona histórica, el parque de los novios y bahía, también hay una gran cantidad de restaurantes y bares cerca, aunque por la zona se ven algunos habitantes de calle, realmente no represento una incomodidad dentro del alojamiento. Sin duda es un sitio que escogería miles de veces para quedarme en grupo grandes en Santa Marta, todo el tiempo nos sentimos muy acogidos y atendidos en el lugar.

It was a lovely place where me and my family had a great time, very space room, rooms were amazing, and the staff who take care of the house are really amazing, and she can cook a really good food, we had a great time, can’t wait to come back next time !!!

Por segunda ves visitamos la casa y de nuevo pasamos absolutamente felices. La casa es divina, super agradable la piscina, amamos su animalitos que son el alma del lugar. Es muy cerca a la playa y a Zazue perfecto para las vacaciones. Gracias de nuevo Daniela

El lugar es tal cual lo muestran en las imágenes, muy acogedor y de fácil acceso; la Sra Diocelina muy amable y atenta desde el momento que llegamos sin duda alguna volveríamos.

Very cute, clean apartment surrounded by nature but a only 10 minute walk to town. It's well equipped for remote work with a desk and decent wifi, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Mary and Fer are the sweetest, most accommodating hosts and put a lot of care into making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They had a bunch of great recommendations on stuff to do in town/ where to find things and shared a lot about the history of Minca with me. As someone who tries to travel responsibly and stay with locals, I felt good about staying with folks who have roots in the community and clearly care a lot about this little town. I can't recommend this place enough!

Luis Carlos a été un hôte phénoménal. Il est d’abord venu nous chercher en moto afin de nous aider à amener les valises jusqu’au logement. Il nous a également fait faire gratuitement un tour de la finca pour nous montrer les plants de café et nous faire goûter aux fruits frais qui y pousse. Ça a été une expérience unique, définitivement le coup de coeur de notre voyage en Colombie. Je recommande à 100%!!

Great spot that is about a ten minute walk to the center of Santa Marta and the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and was quieter. Manolo is a responsive, pro active, and professional host. Always making sure we were ok and asked if we need anything while also respecting our privacy. And when we needed something it was handled very quickly. We would stay here again as it was a clean and comfortable space and walkable to a lot. Thank you for a great stay!

L'appartement est fidèle aux photos. il est situé dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel un peu a l'écart des rues très animées. Ideal pour dormir plus au calme. Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons profité du petit déjeuner a l'hôtel (très bon et agréable sur la terrasse en présence des colibris).

El lugar es perfecto para hospedaje en familia o grupos grandes, muy limpio, ordenado y bien ubicado. Ana muy buena anfitriona, super atenta a todo lo que necesitáramos.

Todo muy cómodo, se nota el orden la higiene del apartamento, el lugar muy agradable, la seguridad del conjunto 10 de 10. El señor Horacio muy amable y atento, la verdad fue muy cómodo todo.

Unfortunately I was not able to stay in this unit for the days I booked due to a protest in Tyrona park that blocked us from arriving to the place and we end up staying in tyrona park area. However; Diego was very kind and was communicating with me throughout the day and kept checking in with us throughout the night and waited for us until we decided to stay in tyrona park. We went to Santa Marta the next morning not have breakfast. And we found this unit is located in a very nice location in the heart of all the Santa Marta restaurants and bars area. I will definitely try to stay there again for the location and the way Diego communicated with me throughout this ordeal. Thank y Diego

Excelente lugar, mi familia con nueve personas, nos acordamos a la perfección y sobraron camas, todo IMPECABLE , queda al frente de la playa , volveríamos sin duda.

Great location and great amenities. There is an extra fee if you want to use washing machine to clean clothes and linen. There also is an extra fee for daily cleaning. There is an extra fee if you want a cook. The jacuzzi was nice.

It's a nice spaceous apartment in a small residential house. The area was in a quiet peaceful and safe neighborhood. Señora Janeth was extremely kind and attentive throughout my stay. She was like a friend and mother who looks after you - and very respectful at the same time. I was a bit sad when I finally had to leave this beautiful place!

La casa es perfecta para familias, la cocina está muy bien dotada, tiene muy buena ventilación. Hay un supermercado cerca y la playa a media cuadra. Danny es muy atento y amigable. El conjunto tiene carpas de playa, solo te cobran un fee por el uso y las sillas, mucho más económico que en otros sectores de la playa. Los domicilios llegan sin problema.
