The rental is a private home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a shared property that shares common area with hammocks, the driveway & stairs to the beach. You have a private BBQ , outdoor shower to rinse the sand and AC in both bedrooms. The living quarters and kitchen have ceiling fans to keep circulation . Here you will enjoy the epitome of indoor-outdoor living and soak in the spectacular panoramic laguna views. The home is right on the lakes edge so you can easily swim in the thermal waters or take out one of our kayaks. The vacation retreat is fully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a chef's kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, filtered water, barbeque and firepit.

Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
