Gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Private front and back entrance. Seasonal (May - Oct) use of pool, deck, grill and shared backyard space. High speed internet, cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc..Driveway parking. No Pets. No Parties. No smoking. We are fully vaccinated. COVID cleaning protocols

Hop on the E-Bikes for a quick cruise to the park or to go view a sunset at Showse Park. (A nearly 20 acre park with awesome lake views)
