1000 characters is not enough for my review of this place and Andrea. First, the pictures do not do the house any justice. The house and Andrea are just beyond! She did not spare any details. It’s hands down the best AirBnB experience I’ve EVER had. I’ve never felt so at home and did I mention the house is absolutely gorgeous? She even had a ramp built that goes to the second floor so we didn’t have to lug all of our luggage up the stairs—just genius and so thoughtful! Her beautiful smiling face met us upon arrival with a bottle of wine and chocolates. The fridge was stocked with goodies and the kitchen had absolutely everything! Her appliances were top of the line and the linens were luxurious. Toiletries in every bathroom—even toothbrushes! She thought of everything. It was like staying at a 5-star hotel but better. She had all the recommendations you can think of. Didn’t want to leave is an understatement. She even had parting gifts for us! If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

A wonderful week at Rina’s villa. Beautiful villa with plenty of outside space and pool was a bonus. Rina was so responsive , answering questions and organising our airport transfers. Thank you Rina

What a beautiful home Diana and Mihaela have! We spent a week here with friends (4 kids and 4 adults) and there was plenty of space. The layout is so well designed and the locked gate made it so we never worried about the kids safety. It is just a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shopping and a 10 minute walk to a rock beach and marina for easy ferry transportation to Cavtat and Old Town. Ubers were aplenty and the home was spotless. 11/10 recommend this place, you will be coming back!

Mara was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was great we enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub. In fact we enjoyed spending our days around the villa. Mara introduced us to a local taxi gentleman Marco who was fabulous and recommended restaurants and boat trips and days out. If you don’t have a car use Marco.

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Lovely location - within walking distance of the waterfront and harbour. Lovely views from front bedroom balcony and patio. Two very nice bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It was lovely to sit on the patio around the pool. Staircase to first floor is steep! We rarely used the kitchen as we prefer to eat out in the evening. There was an array of restaurants to choose from . We had an ice cream most nights from a fabulous ice cream shop near the supermarket and bought croissants and bread from the bakers every day. Had a lovely relaxing break. Kristina is a great host and quickly answers any questions you may have.

This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

The location of this property was beautiful. Lovely to wake to the stunning view of the river and we especially enjoyed jumping in for a quick dip. The outdoor area was wonderful. We loved the hot tub! There are small supermarkets nearby plus a couple of bakeries which were great value for money and delicious. Dubrovnik old town is about a 20/25 minute drive away. We used a combination of both uber and buses to travel in. Katrina is a very helpful, friendly host and very responsive to messages. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Amazing!! We stayed in Vojo's place after a busy week of touring. It was so peaceful and the views are spectacular. No need for a car, the old town is within walking distance and we also used Uber a few times. Vojo was so gracious. Our son had a bad foot injury and Vojo and his wife went out of their way to help him. Also, Vojo arranged for a private transfer to airport for a 5am pickup which was perfect. Definitely book this house you will not be disappointed.

Location is what sets this place apart. After walking up and down all day in beautiful Dubrovnik it was nice to have a place which was easy to reach ( stairs are a part of the experience). Wonderful vacation!

Magnifique villa isolée qui surplombe la baie de Kotor. Très moderne. Terrasse et baies vitrées incroyables. Vraiment un bel endroit et un super service de l'hote Grandes chambres avec leur salle de bain individuelle

Diana's passion for providing "Excellence" genuinely comes from the heart. We chose a few of the local tours ( wine tasting & traditional meal) that she recommended within her village. I, personally, was very touched by their authenticity and dedication. We even had a A+ massage in house! This luxurious villa and the distant views of the Adriatic Sea from the gorgeous terraces were spectacular. We celebrated our 24th Wedding Anniversary here at the villa with an awesome local seasoned chef arranged by Diana. We were unaware that Diana would bless our evening with a precious bouquet of flowers and candle lights. What a wonderful surprise! Her mom even baked a delicious traditional cake, and yes we ate EVERY BIT of it. The pool was sparkling everyday! From the outstanding warm welcome we received, to the sweet visit before our departure, and ALL of the unseen things that Diana did for our party of 5 will Never be forgotten. She's was our #1 host, in our opinion. Thank you Diana! 🌺

WOW! Fantastic holiday for our family (six adults and two children)! Villa Joe has EVERYTHING you could possibly need/want in a holiday and the pictures really don’t do it justice. Bedrooms and en-suites were all spotless including all the cot bedding making it a home from home! The main attribute to this stay was Amila.. she was responsive to all queries and provided everything from welcome cakes and wine, facilities for my baby ( cot,high chair and bath!), advice on restaurants and goodbye gifts. Nothing was too much trouble and made us feel so welcome! Tips - villa really is walking distance from the airport taking us only 15 minutes to walk with three cases and two children! With this said planes takeoff in opposite direction so no noise! Ubers into local cavtat 10ish EURO and 25ish EURO to Dubrovnik.. both worth a visit! Is a lovely local restaurant in walking distance (domestico) and small shop.. we did a bigger shop via Uber no problem too! We shall be back!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, einfach genial. Das Einzige, was man nicht hat, ist die Mobilität in die stadt, nur mit eigenem Auto oder Taxi erreichbar. Aber sonst nahezu Perfekt!

The villa was incredible! Fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the hot tub and the views from the terraces. The little village is right there. We only drove when we wanted to explore other nearby villages. Very close to Korcula. The hosts were extremely gracious to me and my family. If we ever return we will certainly stay here again!

A lovely, well-equipped house with all mod cons, and things that made it a fun place to hang out with the family, such as a pool table, table football, an outdoor BBQ and fantastic pool. The view was stunning; we loved the location by the waterfront and near the Dubrovnik marina. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down. We took the canoe out (saw a kingfisher), and went out on the bikes, which were provided. It's a bus ride into Dubrovnik old town, which is an amazing place. We would have welcomed an information folder with local knowledge - for example, we weren't sure where to catch the bus, or find the local GP surgery, etc and came across by chance an amazing bakery with caffe bar on the last day, which we would have frequented quite a bit had we known about it. When we did ask the hosts for information, they came back promptly with a response, however.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa! Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, met een prachtig zwembad en een adembenemend uitzicht. Onze kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt met de tafeltennistafel, het basketbalveld en natuurlijk het zwembad. ’s Avonds was het heerlijk ontspannen in de jacuzzi. Matija is een ontzettend gastvrije host en gaf ons fijne tips voor uitstapjes in de mooie omgeving. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf – en vooral van het geweldige uitzicht. Een aanrader!

Tout a été parfait logement composé de deux appartements avec chacun deux grandes chambres avec de grands lits, un salon et une cuisine ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec douche et toilettes. Superbe terrasse avec pergola très efficace vis à vis de la chaleur au bord d’une merveilleuse piscine. Cuisines très bien équipées. Hôte très réactive parlant très bien l’anglais, disponible et très discrète. Vue magnifique sur Korcula et la mer. Proximité commerces et ville d’orebic. Merveilleux !

Mato is a fantastic host! From the day we booked to the day we left the villa he had great communication with us. Mato arranged airport transfers and a boat trip during our stay which was well worth doing! He even provided umbrellas for us on a rainy evening. The house is a bit of a strange layout however had everything we could possibly think of. The pool was sadly far too cold to enjoy and our baby could not use it! The location and views are unbelievable and we would recommend anyone to pick here to stay, we have already recommended to friends and family! Great couple of days in this gorgeous villa. The initial drive is a little hair raising in parts, but worth it and not a problem on subsequent drives; we're used to driving in hilly locations! Very homely and stylish with lots of interesting artwork, light ing and furniture. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas for relaxation, amazing views and so peaceful. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal if required. Highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten track.

Die Villa Miriam ist stylisch und schön ausgestattet. Die Räume sehen aus wie auf den Bildern. Praktisch war auch die Toilette draußen im Poolhaus. Für den Ankunftstag haben wir Lebensmittel und Getränke im Kühlschrank vorgefunden, was sehr gastfreundlich war. Auch Handtücher für den Pool waren vorhanden. In der Küche darf man keine Lebensmittel offen stehen lassen, da es Ameisen gibt. Wenn man alles wegräumt, ist es aber kein großen Problem. Wir haben die property Managerin über die Ameisen informiert, aber sie sagte, man kann nichts dagegen tun. Der Weinkühlschrank hat nicht funktionierte trotz Reparatur. An der Grenze haben wir einige Male eine längere Zeit warten müssen (bis zu einer Stunde). Es ist eine Glückssache wie viel dort los ist, da wir zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten unterwegs waren. Wenn die Grenze frei ist, kann man Dubrovnik sehr schnell erreichen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr schön und die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
