Our second stay in this two story beachside apartment and we extended our trip this time. Perfect for small families wanting a cosy stay with a short walk down to the beach each day to run off energetic little ones. All you need in the space which is well equipped and a peaceful place to be and people watch from the fantastic window spot in the kitchen/sofa space. Owners are lovely and really responsive. We have had two wonderful holidays here. Thank you!

Mike you’re awesome, property is great with a wonderful view. Mike keeps it super clean and has provided what you could need to have a great stay. The beach view and waking up to the sound of the waves is priceless. Total gem

We had a great few days in Liz’s little apartment, 2 adults and a teenager. A lovely place with a huge comfy bed! So convenient for the beach and some great eateries!

We absolutely loved our now second stay at Jay's. The accommodation is so warm and welcoming with the comfiest bed of any airbnb we've stayed in. It's always clean and up to high standards, beautiful flowers, artwork, and some yummy cake in the fridge. We love its location and proximity to Towan beach too. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Jo’s charming flat in Newquay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It’s a peaceful, private spot that’s perfect for a couple’s getaway or a stay with young children. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, including a large fridge-freezer, comfy beds, and a cozy living space that made us feel right at home. It’s clear the place is thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. There are a couple of small areas for improvement—the place could have been a bit cleaner on arrival, and the windows and doors could use better insulation, especially on windier/stormier days. But overall, it didn’t take away from the experience. We’d definitely come back—great value and a lovely base to enjoy all that Newquay has to offer!

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

We had a fantastic week at Beachside. The house and location were amazing. You’re only 2 mins walk from the beach.The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds made for restful sleep.The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and the best beach was just next to us.Also amazing view from the house!Highly recommend this beautiful property to others.

Thank you Jax and Simon - we had a brilliant stay. Absolutely amazing location and views of the beach and cliffs from the house. The house was extremely well taken care of and looked immaculate when we arrived. A great set of sofas made for very comfy evenings when in. Jax and Simon obviously take great pride in the house and the experience - we had everything we needed and they were very responsive and proactive in all communications between us. Thoroughly recommended location, house, and owners.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

Excellent location. Super big house for our family celebration

Lovely spacious house just a few minutes from the beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. Good to have the garden for wetsuits and surfboards. Easy walk into Newquay. Tolcarne beach is lovely and watched a lovely sunset having drinks at the restaurant there.

We had a fabulous stay at this quirky little house. We felt right at home and really didn’t want to leave! The view from the house is absolutely stunning. We felt like we could sit on the balcony all day, mesmerised by the sea. The house had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back. Thank you Barbara :)

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

I booked Emily and Matt’s place for my fiancés birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. The views from the living area and the bedroom are amazing. (As a keen golfer it was difficult watching the golfers play in the sun without wanting to join in) The place was spotless and we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of bubbly which was a nice touch. Any questions we had were answered very quickly so communication was spot on. We ate and drank at the places they recommended and they were all amazing. I think Rosa was our favourite for tea and box and barber was our favourite for breakfast. Perfect location for beach walks, coastal walks and 5 mins from the local town. We would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again when we return to Newquay

Had a lovely stay, place was spotless and a stones throw away from either the beach or the main strip for food/ coffee/ bars etc. Lucy was super friendly and made it very easy to find the place/ check in. Would 100% stay here again!

Wohnung war super schön, sauber und gab uns direkt ein „Zuhause“ Gefühl. Besonders angenehm war, dass die Küche viele kleine Utensilien hatte, die das kochen und auch sauber machen so einfach machten. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach super und die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

We had a great bank holiday stay at Alex's apartment. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed, and was just a short walk to the beach. There were some nice welcome touches of some snacks for us and for the pooch too!

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
