Sandi's place is amazing!! At first I was a little hesitant because it is on the basement level, but the basement gets natural light and you have a huge space for yourself that is extremely clean and modern. The bed is suuuper comfortable and big and you get a modern kitchen and bathroom. There are restaurants nearby and ubering downtown is around 10-15$. Sandi is a fantastic host and was always attentive of my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend!!!

Cute place in scenic location near mountains with easy access to Boulder and highways. Very clean and it had everything that we needed during our stay. Will return in future if staying in Boulder area.

We booked a last minute trip to Estes and this was perfect. There was a full kitchen with many things provided which was great to cook at home rather than eating out for every meal. The location was very close to downtown (walkable) and a quick drive to Rocky National Park. The place was incredibly clean. Instructions were great. I would book here again.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in! Everything was just as it was listed and just a really beautiful spot! Will definitely come back!!

Julie's home was in a great location. It was easy to walk to hiking trails as well as restaurants and the nearby Boulder campus.

Super cute and cozy place! You can feel the love poured into it. Mish was a great communicator with lots of small extra touches that made all the difference.

I was in town for a conference downtown. This was a great option nearby compared to hotels. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to and explore the downtown area.

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

A beautiful place to wake up and look at the mountains! Me and my friends really enjoyed our selves! Would recommend staying here and the host responded super fast with anything needed (not that there was anything wrong) 10/10!!

The location was great you’re in walking distance of so much and it’s a quick drive to the convention center. Definitely will book again.

Julie's place was clean and as advertised. Plenty of space for myself and two friends. The rooftop deck was fantastic for relaxing with coffee in the morning and evening lounging. Centrally located so easy access to downtown Denver, but also close to cute neighborhoods. Would stay there again!

The property is terrific - clean, full of amenities and in a great location. Appreciated the parking spot right outside the door as well. We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

The apartment was comfortable and the bed was cozy. It was just the right amount of space for myself (or even 2 people). The location was great because within about 15 minutes, you could get to lots of different locations including downtown boulder. It was also super close to a grocery store and some other food spots! The walls are a little thin so sometimes, you could hear the neighbors especially the ones above (a few times at 1am - I think they might work a late shift) but even with that, the place was overall very quiet and I would still recommend!

This place was so perfect the first time we decided to stay again. Our second trip was as good as the first, this place was perfect for us. The house is located in a great spot, close to everything we wanted to do. It has everything we needed and was more than comfortable. Our host was super responsive and we hope this place is available when we come back next year!

Kayla was wonderful she responded very quickly ! The property is beautiful, we saw deer ! The drive to the location was very scary though , but that isn’t Kayla’s fault ! Enjoyed my stay would stay again!

Ji and Ryan have been wonderful host. Their place is very clean, well stocked (kitchen, bathroom), smart, and the area is quiet, There is a Safeway 6 minutes walk, and downtown (Sheraton area, Art Museum, etc) is only 20-25 min by foot. We felt safe, even at night. Ji and Ryan were extremely nice and went out of their way when a hot water problem happened for the whole building just before our arrival. Fortunately, all was repaired just after we arrived. They were very helpful and quick to message and reply.

Had a great experience. Nice location in the tech center, looked exactly like the photos, clean and comfortable unit, and helpful host.
