Great host and beautiful location. Air BNB was fully stocked and he even let me fish off his dock. I will definitely be re booking with him.

Great place and location. Only 8 minute walk from the a nice beach. The place was cute, functional, and clean.

This property and location were exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. The house was exactly as described as was the property. The 28th Street beach access was back open so getting to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The beach chairs, wagon and assorted toys were a nice bonus since we were all travelling from out of town. Our propane tanks were nearly empty and so that hindered our ability to cook out and enjoy the firepit on the last night as we hoped. I would recommend checking those as soon as you arrive. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap as that was not provided. Those two things aside (and only including as a head's up for future renters), this was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space and location. I would consider renting this property again if I'm in the area with a large group. Jimmy was responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip.

I arrived late after dark but Chris’ guest duplex had a light on. Also there is attractive landscape lighting both front and in the enchanting private backyard patio. It felt magical entering this lovely place located in one of the best neighborhoods in Sarasota. This duplex was spotless and attractively furnished. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Chris is a responsive, helpful host who respects the guest’s privacy. This is the place to stay if you ever visit Sarasota.

We were able to rent all four units with a group of four families. It was PERFECT for us! Everyone had their own “space” but the shared courtyard and pools allowed a place to gather. Walking distance to captain curts etc, close to beach. Provided beach towels and beach gear were great. We also brought our four legged family member, always a plus! Would definitely stay here again!!

“Better than the Ritz” MAGICAL sunrises that are visible from just about anywhere on the property. Enjoyed peaceful evenings by the glistening water that surrounds. Enjoyed chatting with my 2 teenagers at the dining table on the screened in porch. My 14 year old son loved that he could fish all day and night. (Bait shop was only a 5 min drive) All 3 beds were luxuriously comfortable. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom tucked into it with luxury showers and tastefully simplistic design. The cottage is built with AUTHENTIC wood (cedar i think?) that adds to the feeling of being grounded in nature. Nice pool steps from the back door. Sunsets on the beach are an easy walk across the street. The “Our Place” toaster oven/air fryer works great. Cooking with a view is much more enjoyable! Wish I could live here and would love to return asap. Thank you Jack for your hospitality!!!

Fantastic host and home for your big family vacation. Great location near so many different keys and beaches. Whole family was so happy we stayed here.

I’ve stayed in SK for years and this place and location are a hidden gem. Place was perfect in every way and you can tell the owner put pride in every touch. So clean, modern and comfortable. We will return! It’s so great when you feel at “home” on vacation. Thanks Stephanie for sharing your awesome home with my crew.
