I had an amazing stay at this place which located on Hàng Bông, right in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The location couldn’t be better, with everything from local restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The vibrant streets of Hoàn Kiếm are right at your doorstep, yet the apartment itself is a quiet and peaceful retreat. The space was clean, cozy, and well-decorated, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was quite comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like fast Wi-Fi, clean towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. The host was friendly and responsive, always available to answer any questions or give local recommendations. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. If you want to experience Hanoi’s charm and stay in a central location, this is the perfect location. I would highly recommend it and will definitely come back on my next trip to Hanoi!

Absolutely fantastic stay & Thao was a fabulous host who went way beyond what we'd expect. She took us to the nearby market, ordered some cooking items online & had them delivered, & is an all-round lovely host. Thao provides a very useful guide to the local area & was always on hand to answer questions we had. The apartment is ideal for a couple, it has everything you need & is quiet & peaceful. We prefer the location to the more obvious tourist area around Hoan Kiem lake - it's a busy neighbourhood, packed with all kinds of cafes, pubs & restaurants from plastic stools in the street to high-end & it's very much a 'locals' area so you see life as it's lived by Hanoi residents & it's just a 15-20 minute walk to the lake. We loved our stay here, & I can't recommend this apartment & Thao as a host highly enough. Thank you

Yet another lovely stay at Thanh s apartment. It fulfils everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Location is close enough to walk to most of the popular spots but also in a quiet location at night . Hotel standard with lovely helpful reception staff without the costly price tag. Look no further you wont be disappointed

My multi-generational family, from to 2 to 70, enjoyed our stay very much. The place was modern, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful with our luggage during check-in, transport ideas and a quick fix of the Wi-Fi. The location can’t be beat - charming, vibrant and everything within reach!

这栋法式别墅风格和周边环境都十分喜欢，有艺术品位也有生活气息，最重要的是房东服务十分到位，房东就是一位很优秀的美女，她帮助我解决了很多问题，介绍很多好看的好玩的地道好吃的，遇到她是我这趟旅行的幸运。

The team managing this accommodation is very professional, courteous and responsive. They also provided assistance in booking taxis for pickup and dropoffs and other domestic travel, and dealt with my requests patiently. The accommodation itself is clean and tidy and located at a quiet place, yet close to the city. We could arrange cleaning promptly when required. There is also space to park rented two-wheelers, which was safe and convenient. The kitchenette, microwave etc are helpful, which you would not get if you stay in a hotel. The availability of lift is a bonus in case the guests are not able to take stairs, which was super-convenient for the elderly guests in my group. Very few other places have this faciilty. On-site washer and dryer make it convenient to wash and dry clothes in a short duration, means you can pack light yet have access to clean clothes everyday. Overall this accommodation is a great place to live like a local!

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, die Lage ist sehr zentral und urban. Die Gastgeber waren überaus gefällig und haben uns in alle unsere Anliegen sehr unterstützt (Gepäckdeponierung, Ausflugsplanung, Taxi). Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und können sie empfehlen.

Perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. The building is in a secure residence, which made us feel very safe. The location was great, and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

是值得入住，距離火車街和大教堂十分鐘步程，圖片和真實環境是合附的，樓下附近有幾家咖啡館果汁店和小吃館，換外幣的店也在附近兩個街口，步行十分鐘左右有家OK便利店，老城區的酒吧街也可步行十五分鐘到達。 感謝當天可以提早了些進入旅館，白天進入是經過一家果汁店進去，再坐電梯上去的，五樓出電梯左邊是兩間臥室，一間帶浴室的，電梯右邊也有間浴室，六樓出電梯右邊是一間臥室，左邊是帶厨房的小客廳，客廳走出去是半露天的活動空間，五和六樓上落可以走樓梯或坐電梯，旅店主人回覆詢問得非常快，有耐性。 整體上旅店值90分以上的。
