This place has the best location for the price—surrounded by great restaurants and cafes in a lively neighborhood. The host offered a free airport pickup, allowed us to leave our belongings before check-in time, and also arranged an airport drop-off at a reasonable price. We weren’t really bothered by people cooking in the hallway outside the apartment, though the floor was often wet. During our stay, we had some trouble figuring out how the hot water heater worked, and the water pump made noise for 10–15 minutes when the tank ran out of water. However, the host was very responsive, addressed the issue immediately, and even sent someone to check. She was always quick to reply to messages. One thing we think could be improved is the drainage in the sink and shower. Since there were three of us staying together, the water drained quite slowly when we showered one after another. Other than that, we had a great time in Hanoi and would definitely recommend this place to others!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

The place was great. It is in the main area, and the house looked very clean. The street is busy and we have many shops and restaurants outside. The amenities were correctly described. The host was super responsive. She let us check-in early which was very much helpful. She's very kind and attended to all our needs. Overall, a great experience ❣️

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

일단 호스트의 피드백이 엄청 빠름 질문하면 거의 챗봇처럼 답이 바로바로 옴. 또한 한건물을 통째로 써서 뭔가 호텔 전세내서 쓰는 느낌이 듦! 그리고 내부 또한 굉장히 청결하고 무엇보다 수질이 굉장히 깨끗했음(필터 샤워기로 2일 썼는데 새하얌) 하노이 중심부와는 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그렇기 때문에 오히려 조용해서 좋았구 그랩으로도 올드쿼터까지 약 20분 이온몰은 7~8분 정도 걸려서 전혀 문제가 없었음! (아 그랩 주소 찍을때 2 Lane 318/80 Ngoc Tri Thach Long Bien 이 주소 찍으시면 집 바로 앞에서 내려줍니다!) 다음번 하노이 방문시에도 재방문 예정임! 적극 추천 추천 👍👍👍👏👏👏

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

I had a fantastic stay, the house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Giang was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. I really appreciated the little touches, like fresh sheets and helping me with airport taxi arrangements.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hoa’s apartment in ocean park. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a TP bank around the corner that doesn’t charge fees to withdraw money with a monzo card. There is a shopping mall within 35 minute walk and the biggest man made beach in Vietnam. Takes about 45 minutes to drive from the airport. The host is very responsive, polite and helpful. We stayed at Hoa’s place on two separate occasions. The bed is big and comfortable. My only observation would be about the cleaning that could have been better and attention to detail. Also you will hear a lot of beeping from the busy junction on the road but with the windows shut it is bearable. The apartment is beautiful. Overall I would recommend.

This place exceeded all our expectations! The location is just perfect—peaceful and family-friendly, yet only 30 minutes by Grab to the heart of Hanoi. We loved the gentle bike rides that took us away from the city’s hustle into the tranquility of the area. The man-made beach, swimming pools and natural surroundings are stunning. Honestly, it’s even better than described. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back. Notre meilleur logement sur les 7 réservés en 2 semaines au Vietnam. Déjeuner au top ! pas un bruit dans la chambre ! chambre très propre et spacieuse ! clim très fonctionnel, honnêtement niveau rapport qualité prix je pense que c'est très dur de trouver mieux !

Sans être dans le quartier des 36 corporations le logement est bien situé entre les différents quartiers et activités possibles à Hanoï. La mezzanine laisse un espace de vie ce qui est agréable. Su Casa est toujours très réactif et disponible par message ce qui est appréciable !

Eddie’s place in the Hanoi Old Quarter is a fantastic base to go explore the city. Walking distance to several great tourist and local food spots. Eddie was very responsive and helpful with check in and recommendations.

Thank you Ha Le & Thai An for accommodating us during our Hanoi Trip! We had a wonderful stay at your place. Pros: Spacious!! Lots of room to walk around on and storage to put away your stuff. Wifi is fast. Just the right location—still in old quarters but away from the noisiness of the town. Complete amenities—including hair dryers, cotton swabs, drinking water, snacks, laundry stuff, etc. They also provide free pick-up and drop off for longer stays. Host is proactive and thoughtful. Cons: The towels kind of smelled not freshly washed or maybe it was due to the cold weather when we arrived. The water pressure in the bathrooms are kind of weak for our preference. It would also be better if there are curtains in one of the bathrooms to ensure no one will peak thru while using it. Please note that the unit is in 4th floor with no elevators. Book at your own risk. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay.

Affordable and spacious place fit for friends and family. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Close to Dong Xuan Market about 5 mins walk.

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. It was clean and very well located in the centre of Hanoi. Kim was very friendly and always responded promptly.

The place was neat and clean, centrally located from all the touristy places. Both Alex and Thanh were responsive to our questions and provided valuable suggestions. The apartment was comfortable and contained all necessary amenities in working condition. The only missing piece we thought was that the washrooms had no latches - but since that was only a personal preference so no big deal! Overall, a comfortable stay and value for money. 👍🏻

We had a great time there - it was basically the best way to end our time in Vietnam. Truong's place is right next to the Westlake, a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. There are lots of nice cafes within a minute walking distance and also local restaurants around. We had a very late check-in (after mid-night), but Truong was so nice coming around and introducing us to his apartment. Thanks a lot! We definitely recommend this place!
