Frida Studio by the Ocean

Welcome to our hip studio apartment located on the first floor of our beach bungalow in beautiful Long Beach by the sea. In just a few steps to the ocean, you can enjoy complimentary beach passes (required from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The studio has a private entrance. It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. The neighborhood is residential. Close to restaurants, grocery store and boardwalk! Off street parking available.

Make yourself at home! This Deer Park Den is your perfect suburban getaway in the heart of Long Island, close to everything and right in the middle of all the fun. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants that give you plenty of great options for ordering in or dining out. Other local destinations include: - Tanger outlets (1 Mile) - Heartland Golf Park (1.5 Miles) - Edgewood Oak Brush Plains Preserve (0.5 Mile) - Robert Moses state park (12 Miles) - Sunken Meadow state park (12 miles)

Vintage living.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Large NYC Home! Close Proximity to Manhattan!

Have fun at this stylish place. You will enjoy a large backyard with patio, fire pit, deck, ping pong table and gas BBQ. The house has plenty of space and is in the center of town and walking distance to the beach and restaurants and 20 minutes to Manhattan. Enjoy this hidden gem of a neighborhood- City Island, the seaport of the Bronx! The basement is set up as a 2 bedroom space for additional use and privacy if needed at an additional charge!
